Usually love coming here with the family but a few things have changed that make for a difficult dining experience with the kids. The wedge salad was served on plates that were too small and everything was falling off, we had to ask for larger plates, and my DGB burger was made incorrectly because they were training new staff the waitress stated. Unfortunately it took so long to get the waitresses attention at any one point that the children started getting restless and it was difficult to eat. Dining with children is a challenge but doable if things come out in a timely manner, this just didnt happen during this visit but its usually much better or has been on previous visits. Theyre doing some changes and remodeling at this location and some things are great but others make things more difficult. For example, the new chairs they put in are much better for the people sitting in them but a pain for anyone that has to walk by since theyre bulkier and dont leave much room to maneuver around. Will try going here again but will wait awhile until they get their act together or when the children get older... Whichever comes first! ;)

This was a real treat for my disabled daughter and I-Service was faster than some Red Robin weve visited-ordered $6.99 burgers received $10.24, fries appeared to be fresh mixed with some not fresh (shriveled appearance -didnt have the time to wait for another plate) computer system went down so staff could not access loyalty rewards (free milk shake and no credit for this purchase) or pay with gift card-we were asked to wait five minutes while they reboot but this turned into 45 minutes-didnt have cash to cover the bill so called to verify balance on gift card but had to borrow cell because their phones were not working properly-finally agreed to allowing them to "run" the gift card later when system was up so we could leave-really feel this meal should have been comped by the manager-we were told the manager was involved but we never saw manager-Sorry Red Robin-dont want to do this again ever PS-Guess I should have checked the reviews before going here-but it was Saturday -we were out of towners tired and hungry-good thing we werent in THAT much of a rush but finally just had to leave and not wanting to cause a problem

Our waitress was not very friendly, concerned or attentive which is very rare for Red Robin. Their staff is usually great and kind. I was very disappointed and slightly aggravated when I left. She did not get my husbands order correct and then told us we didnt have to change it. She did not ask if we wanted anything else like fries or desserts, just asked if we wanted to go boxes. And the last thing that was most unenjoyable was that I paid with a gift card that I knew had enough money to cover, she said I still owed $10 then did not give me a receipt. I just took the change and left because without saying anything because it wasnt worth it. She didnt seem like she wanted to serve or helps us. Its a real bummer, my husband, friends and I really enjoy this place.

Bad service even in take out. Got my food just fine, no problems until I came back. Ordered some food and had a small miscommunication (no big deal) so I came back to get the food I wanted and had extreme attitude when they gave me my food by the light mixed girl (my gf is of ethnic race so Im not racist). Not only did I get attitude but they gave me half the amount of what I was supposed to get and the fries were as if a toddler grabbed them. Poor service and not happy. Not coming back. Such a shame this is the only Red Robin around. :( Plus a side note. We havent been back for a few months and this is the third time in a row that we werent able to finish our food cause we got really nauseous eating it. I just hope I dont throw up again

Came here and was extremely disappointed. I ordered the whiskey bbq burger, which should not be dry, and I found myself adding ketchup to it so I didnt choke. The patty was overcooked and charred. Fries werent fresh and didnt taste good. I asked for campfire sauce and waitress told me they didnt have any on hand and wouldnt be making any for a few more hours. After the meal we were asked how everything was and I said "not great." The waitress looked surprised but dropped the check and told us to have a good night. After complaining I got a call from the manager who promised two free entree tickets, but they never arrived. I called to check in, and the manager never responded. Never going back.

I politely Explained to one of the managers/ servers that the 22 oz beer I ordered was missing like 5 oz and she rudely said the policy was " a 1 1/2" head" , when my buddies was filled to the brim. She then proceeded to say she would get me a taster to compensate for the 3 dollars of missing beer and brought me a tiny shot glass of beer, which when I poured it in my glass didnt even touch it. Its not about the beer! Its the fact that I brought something to her attention and she argued with me in front of my family and friends and made me feel like an idiot when in fact I was in the right. One star for HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONT BE BACK

Came in on a non-busy day around 4:00pm, greeter and server were both irritated to be there and serving us. Two guys coming in for a quick late lunch should not have been an issue. We left after much eye rolling and long sighs by the greeter and wait staff. It was very clear they did not want our business, or to be there at all. Have eaten here often in the past, but service seems to be rapidly declining. Have had longer wait times and inaccurate orders in the past few visits. Probably wont go back.

Got the Black and Blue Burger. I love blue cheese burgers and was excited to try this the minute I saw it. Lets just say I was not impressed. The supposed Blu cheese sauce was used so sparingly, it was not really there at all. The Blu cheese crumbles made even less of an appearance. The restaurants atmosphere was pleasant and or server was very nice. Service was quick. I would eat here again but not order this burger again. An expensive disappointment.

I love the staff here. I decided to take my beautiful prom date to Red Robin before the dance. I could tell that it was extremely busy when we walked in, but they said they had a place for us. We followed the waitress through the tables for quite some time before i realized that they were parading us through the entire restaurant before letting us sit down at last. How thoughtful... :P

Food is always great! Prices are very reasonable with yummy bottomless fries and soft drinks. Theyve recently (Albany location) put up what seems to be some sound barriers to help with the noise as its always very, very loud. Sorta helps? We were there when the house was full and a car show just outside the door. Noise level a little better. Red Robin is ALWAYS a goddess idea.
