I attend a dinner date at this establishment last night and ordered the steak (medium) and lobster tail while my date had the clam chowder. Her food came cooked beautifully while my steak was well done and the lobster tail was rubbery and had a burnt taste. I dont know if the grill was just off a little or if it was negligence but i told the waiter about it and she had them make me an entire new plate. The kitchen manager came out immediately and apologized and told me my meal was on them. I got my new plate not too long after and the steak was mouthwatering and fall apart in your mouth delicious. The lobster tail was much better as well but Im more of a steak guy. Everybody makes mistakes but the way I was treated after that was top notch and the staff was excellent!

my cousin decided to eat here for her 21st birthday, i was hesitant to attend at first because the Red Lobster on the other side of town has subpar food. but i was pleasantly surprised by the food, there were 8 of us and everyone had nothing but good things to say. though, what pleased me the most was the staff. we had a family member involved in a car accident on the way to Red Lobster, and we promptly had to leave, but they said they would happily hold our table until we could return. once we returned they were all very concerned with how our family member was and it truly seemed like they cared. they kept asking about her to make sure she was alright until she arrived back from filling out the police report. i would return, and i dont even like seafood.

The salmon had the skin on it and when addressed the manager dismissed it. It was overcooked and didnt fall apart. If the effort is minimal to fix my first concern, dont ask how my meal is unless youre genuine. The zucchini was squishy and stringy with no seasoning. The Cajun chicken linguini was cooked well so my boyfriend and I ended up sharing it. Our waitress was not friendly and the manager passed our table seeing dirty dishes and an empty biscuit basket choosing to ignore it. I had two flies circling the table to entire time that Ive now named Frank and Susan. Disappointed.

I had the "Shrimp your way" with coconut and fried shrimp and mashed potatoes as a side. The potatoes reminded me of the high school cafeteria and both of the shrimp resembled something that you find in a grocery store freezer section. My wife had a meal with flounder, shrimp scampi and scallops. The flounder was tasteless, the shrimp scampi was flavorful but only because it was in a bath of butter and the scallops were the SIZE of marshmallows. The service was terrible...IT WAS AN ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE. Honestly I dont even know how a place this bad stays open.

It was delightful...if you dont like the food, maybe you should move to key west and catch, clean and cook your own! All these negative posts....guess what...the food comes out of the same freaking ocean as everyone elses seafood. The service...ask for Becca or Trevor, theyll do you right. NOW, QUIT GRIPING!!!

Mixed feelings! Didnt have a wait! But, because the staff seating us didnt know there ass from a w&ole in the ground,we lost our table because we were looking at the lobster tank,another 3 person party walked in and was seated. The down fall it its really expensive!! $200 for 3 meals

We had an excellent experience with Red Lobster. The service, and dinner was what we expected. We called ahead, and told them that we needed room for a birthday party, and when we got there we was treated professionally. They have my vote, for as many people that came in at one time.

Waiter was horrible never told me the specials or promotions. Just had I dont give a damn attitude. I believe waiters name was Tanner. The worsted service is ever had. Food was normal not bad not terrific. Waiter didnt get my order right took 2 hours for 1 person.

The lobster was smaller than I expected, I loved the shrimp scampi and the cheddar biscuits were wonderful. The fried shrimp was good but I only received 3. The waitress was nice but 3 menus is a little to much and a bit confusing. My diet coke tasted watered down.

we had lunch there Monday Feb 8th, Our server was Ivy, she was friendly and helpful. I had the Shrimp Lingui Alfredo and my wife had the Fried shrimp, Shrimp Scampi and Flounder service was prompt, better then we had experienced at other Red Lobsters.

I wish that there were more stars BECAUSE 5 STARS JUST ISNT EVEN CLOSE TO ENOUGH!!!! The waitress we had was AMAZING!!! She brought out a live lobster for my kids to pet and taught them all about it! GOD BLESS YOU KARA AT EAST RED LOBSTER IN WICHITA!!! <3

Service was great, waitress was on top of everything and very nice. Food on the other hand was awful. My shrimp linguine alfredo had a ton of raw garlic just thrown in last minute. My husbands salmon was small and over done. Just not very good at all.

Had to get different table, crumbs on table. Under table was filthy food on floor, silverware on floor. Crumbs on seat. Food was not bad my shrimp linguine was the same size as my sisters and she had the shrimp trio. But the server was great.

Red Lobster has amazing seafood. They are usually really busy but you get your food quickly. They have a huge variety of seafood and can choose many ways to have it prepared. I have never had a bad experience.

Quick service great food...salmon skin was not crispy but otherwise meal was spot on. We had New Orleans salmon, maple glazed salmon and a bowel of clam chowder.
