Very disappointing. Was trying to introduce my daughter to eating crab legs. But the crab was cold and old. Impossible to break the shells unable to properly pull the meat out. It was such a wrestling match I was nearly embarrassed. Needless to say the taste of old small crab left us sorely hungry. For the money we spent Id have thought a 1/2 pound order of legs would have been a positive stand out entre. Even out of season the crab could be much better. Perhaps this is the exception location because Ive eaten here before and been just as dissatisfied with the quality of food. If your looking for a good seafood restaurant do yourself a favor, drive into the city for Pearls or Pelicans. Im sorry RL but either do it right or dont do it at all. Ill give them an A for decor catering to families. A+ for service, the wait staff is very attentive and I respect servers that almost mind read, lol. Oh ps the bathroom was disgusting! Made my daughter wait until we get to the mall! :-(

Absolute horrible service! Waited 20 minutes to even get waited on. Decided to leave then the waitress said "sorry I didnt know you were my table". Really? Worst service Ive had anywhere by far. And was asked to pay the full tab after being there forever waiting on food. Will NOT go back. Ruined our whole night.

We got special and it was really good but they added dollar something for asparagus which I dont agree with. The restaurant was clean and the servers were nice friendly and Charming.. at almost $100 for two people I do feel like thats a little on the high side.$$$ But the dinner was amazing .

They literally served us rotten (brown gooey) lettuce in our salads. After showing it to the waitress all she did was say "gross". We were going to have our company Christmas party there, but after realizing they serve spoiled food we will never eat there again. Disgusting.

Was in town for work. Had a hankering for steak and lobster. Service was slow. The girl had better things to do evidently. Food was so so... Steak was good (slightly over cooked) Lobster was tough, and no taste... Panda Express next door was better.... Wont be returning...

Called in a to go order was told it would be 30 minuets. When I got here 35 minutes later I waited another 10 minutes. When it came out it was completely wrong. I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the correct food.

This Red Lobster is the best you can ask for. You get good food, good drinks and good service. You cant ask for more from a restaurant in my opinion. I enjoy going there and they always have something new to try.

BEST RED LOBSTER, NATIONWIDE. LOVE their LOBSTER FEST menu and also the CRAB FEST menu. You cant go wrong with any of the selections there. Great MARGARITAS! Their garlicky cheese bread is out of this world.

Had lunch here yesterday and it was pretty gross, even the cheddar biscuits. I normally have had good experiences in the paat, but that was years ago. I was truly disappointed with my meal.
