I usually stop by this sonic on the way to work when my husband and I need to grab a quick bite to eat. Unfortunately we have had many negative experiences with them. Their staff is frequently rude, the wait times are occasionally disproportionately long, and at least 4-6 times they have messed up our order. Examples: Once I ordered a coke zero with no ice, (my teeth are too sensitive for ice) and i got a regular coke with ice. Another time, I ordered a large coke zero with no ice and instead got a medium regular coke with LIME in it. Gross! And most recently (today!) I ordered a rt 44 cherry limeade for my husband, who has been ill, and I asked for extra cherries and very little ice for him. His drink was packed with ice and had ZERO cherries in it. The reason I am really upset was (a) I got charged extra for a product I did not get, and (b) as previously described, our orders have been messed up before. This Sonic needs to be training their staff better!

If I could give a zero or negative I would. I pull in 5 minutes to 9, cars in lot amd deive thru. Decide what I want to order, hit the button and 3 minutes later they respond "we close at 10", ironically when I called corporate office to complain this location is open until midnight!?!

Has its hits and misses. Some days great fast service some days slow as a turtle service. Like tonight. Waited 10 mins for 2 ice creams. Got the sizes wrong. Oh well. Like it said hit or miss. Still the best sonic for chili cheese tots tho.

Hate rhe quality of food and drinks you get at this one sonic. Food over cooked, dry chicken, drinks not made to order. Have to scream to be heard, speakers SUCK!!! And they almost seem to want you to tip them even in the drive thru.

Well... it is hit or miss here. Sometimes it is great and sometimes they cant get an order right to save their soul. LOL... But we still go there especially for happy hour for 1/2 price drinks. The onion rings are really good.

Got food poisoning from the super sonic breakfast burrito, was bedridden for 4 days. Went back on the 5th day, got the same thing and I felt totally fine. Once you get an immunity to their food its really not that bad.

The bacon burger is always good. One time I ordered a peach green tea and they thought I said peach cream tea and it taste like melted ice cream. They gladly gave me a new one but I was very confused at taste.

This Sonic is very bipolar they are either really good or really bad and it doesnt matter about the traffic. They can move 20 cars a minute through the drive through or take 20 min and have only one customer.

In the mornings the service Is great and the food is as good as sonic can get dont waist your time going in the evenings wait times are stupid long Ive been waiting 45 minutes for 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks.

Be sure to double check your order before driving off. Most of the time, something that you have paid for will have been left out! Manager/owner has little interest in keeping customers.

Very long wait in the drive thru for a single drink. Plus, was originally told an incorrect price ( higher than the correct amount.) Then they tried to give me the wrong drink twice
