TERRIBLE QUALITY CHECKS and CONTROLS! POOR Management! Terrible iced Tea! weve been to this location many, many times and nearly every time we go during happy hour or in the evening the iced tea smells soured and has a bad spoiled scent to it so we just toss our drinks in the garbage and wasted a few $$$ again and again. its like at this sonic that they make the iced tea at 6 am when they arrive then they never to bother to make fresh tea every 3 hours the rest of the day and just let the same old soured tea sit there and serve the crappy iced tea with a sneaky smile. also...weve ordered burgers here and sometimes the buns are dry and hard as bricks...TERRIBLE QUALITY CHECKS and CONTROLS! POOR Management!! AVOID this location! weve had much better luck with sonic drive-in iced tea, drinks, burgers, and overall food quality at the sonic on East Lindsey street on the east side of norman, ok...

Staff is rather inconsiderate and rude, and service is extremely slow. I went this evening (its Thursday, so their footlong coneys are buy one get one free). It wasnt busy at all, but it still took over 10 minutes to bring me my order of 2 footlong coneys and a medium shake. Then, when my food was delivered, there was only one coney. When I commented on this, the guy who brought my food apologized and said hed have them make me a second one, so I thanked him and waited. 20 minutes later, after watching 3 other vehicles pull in and order, then receive their food and leave, I finally realized that I was obviously not going to get my second coney. I tried one last time to call out to the guy delivering food to people, but was ignored. I finally gave up and left. EDIT: this wasnt my first bad experience here, but it will be the last. Ill drive the extra mile to one of the other ones in town.

Food always cold cold cold, i tried to tell them 3x times but they wouldnt listen to me. I even got sick from eating this food. I live in Avalon apartments next by and i had an awful exprince with these guys. My advice is to eat from seven eleven rather then eating from this sonic. Most good reviews, are from costumers who wouldnt care what to eat. They just want a meal that taste "good" for them. In the other hand, if I want to spend money on food at least it most come freash or otherwise, why the whosle? Overall, bad exprince, expensive for no reason, charged me 12 bucks when i chose to pick mozarlla sticks rather then french frise as my side and the meal cost around 7 bucks. Eat in another branch. This place is a joke. I worked here very briefly just recently oct 2016.With everything i seen i wouldnt drink unless i made it. And surely wouldnt eat any food from here,NO ONE WASHES HANDS AT ALL. NASTY NASTY CONDITIONS INSIDE. Management shouldnt be in that position. Night management comes in higher than a kite and screws everything up pissing customers and employees off then laughs about it ... They argue with customers. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. employees do come in while sick with viruses. GO TO ANOTHER SONIC OR GO HOME AND COOK. BEST ADVISE... LAZY LAZY INEXPERIENCED EXTREMELY RUDE.

This sonic is understaffed which makes service very slow. Food, specifically the chicken strips, have been overcooked to the point of not edible the past FOUR times Ive ordered them. The drinks/desserts are usually pretty good. If youre wanting a quick drink or dessert, this location is okay. If youre looking for food, go to another Sonic in town.

I love Sonic! This one, however, is terrible. The workers are rude, my order comes out wrong more than half the time. Most recently, I was violently ill after eating their burgers, so Im never going back! The only reason I went more than once is because its within walking distance of my apartment. This is easily the worst Sonic Ive seen.

Waited ten flipping minutes at the drive through. There was no one in frony of me; they just chose to keep me waiting at the microphone. Sonic should held accountable for lying about having fast food.

I have found the perfect refreshing summer drink - soda water with diet cherry flavor and fresh limes. I appreciate Sonic as a corporate citizen. The food is so unhealthy though.

Ordered a small dessert for my son. All for a small glass of water for him and that charged me. The desert was 4.50 and they are going to charge for water. Bad form.
