Let me start off by saying that this review is only for the Chipotle in Moore, OK. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was that the restaurant was filthy. There was leftover food on many of the tables and the floor had trash on it. It was fairly late in the evening (around 8:30pm or so) and there were only a few patrons in the restaurant and plenty of staff, so there was really no excuse for the mess. The employees were also unengaged. Nobody said hello when I or others walked in and I wasnt even greeted before I began my order. The girl behind the counter just stood there with a zombie-like blank stare on her face waiting for me to start speaking. It was weird. The food was also not anywhere close to the proper temp. It was lukewarm at best, and with the health/food problems Chipotle has had recently youd think theyd be VERY cognizant of that. I usually give a place 3 tries, but with the issues theyve had in their recent past and then seeing this, Im not even going to chance it. Qdoba is basically across the street anyhow so no real loss in variety.

Every time Ive gone to this location during lunch, the staff has been very friendly. The restaurant has been clean. On one occasion, the person prepping the food forgot to put something on one of my orders. THEY called ME to report they had made a mistake. I hadnt noticed yet because I just left and was en route. They were very apologetic and made it right. They even called back later in the day to make sure the food and our experience met expectations. I was very impressed with the customer service. Its refreshing since I have found that customer service is severely lacking in this region.

So very disappointed. We had to walk out leaving 90% of a $20 dollar meal on the table. I have been to other chipotle locations and I expected similar quality here. There was so much fat in the chicken my cohort and I both ended up pushing our plates back in disgust. After a hard workout I was so expecting hot lean chicken ..... not hot, slimy, grisle chicken. It was so disturbing that I wont be back and trust me, that takes lot.

Chipotle is my favorite "fast food" place to eat. I like that the food is responsibly raised. I know that the food is free of MSG and other food additives and it is always fresh and taste great. You also get your moneys worth. The guacamole is worth the extra charge every time! The employees are always friendly and great me with a smile when I come in.

This place became my go-to spot during our whole30 experiment. The staff is helpful and patient with questions about ingredients, and the food is always delicious. I just wish adding guac wasnt $2!

Just a generic version of Freebirds! Friendly staff! They dont offer any onions or cilantro and charge you extra for hot sauce!
