I found a hair in my food and kindly asked for and refund. I was told by the manager he wouldnt give me a refund and he blatantly insulted me and told me to leave. After refusing to leave and bickering back and forth, I finally got my money back (without the change) I would NOT recommend this location, the management was terrible and Ive never been treated like that as a customer in my life. Dont eat here. Though the food is good, I would suggest the location on 104th. Ive had much better experiences there.

The manager on duty was Awesome! I cant believe how smooth our visit went, the food was fresh and good. The place was clean and tidy. Weve all seen it when these type of "build a burrito" places are scraping the bottom of the container of obviously ancient ingredients to put together a disaster. Not the case here. Perfect, A+ location. Qdoba, I would hate to see the this place with different leadership but promote this guy!

Qdobas quality has fallen as of late. Walking into line feels like walking into a feeding trough. It just feels sweaty in Qdoba for some reason. The food is alright, but isnt anything too special. Queso is always good. But the place needs to work on presentation a little bit, and the folks serving food need to do so in a manner that is suitable for paying customers, not for barnyard animals.

It was wonderful to see a Qdoba here, since the ones in our area have been closed for several years. We ate here with 3 of our kids on a recent trip. The food and service were great, if a tad slow. Everything was clean, fresh and well-stocked. One note: the restrooms only allow one patron at a time, so this is not a good option for larger groups.

I ordered a burrito with the Lime Chicken and when they started making it, I noticed that the chicken looked black and very dry. I ask about it but was told it was just the spice. Wrong! It tasted dry, and was like chewing leather. ended up taking it home for my dog. It was nasty, must have been sitting there all day.

Got a burrito bowl and it was cold. Place is clean but has some of the worst staff Ive ever seen. This is my third time here and they have been extremely rude and unknowledgeable every single time. The girl helping me rubbed her bare arm with her gloved hand right before she suck it in the cheese to put on my bowl.

Still not as good as Chipotle. The quality and flavor of ingredients is sub-par. The only thing they have going for them are free chips if you get a burrito bowl (formerly naked burrito) and that none of the ingredients cost extra. They have a good number of gluten free items.

1 day ago! Tacos were cold, corn shells cold and broke apart easily, meat and ingrediants cold stale and dry! Service rude and price over $17.00 for two people-what a waste of time and $$$!!!!! Go to Taco Bell or any other Mexican restaurant but Qdoba!!!! Barry

Qdoba is okay for fast Mexican. My only real complaint is I wish they had a oven or toaster to place the burritos in because they are always cold. Its warm-ish filling placed in a cold tortilla, thats it. It just seems like it could be improved.

Worst expirience ever the server was rude , he was rushing me even though there was no one else in line. I asked for burritos that ended up looking like tacos price is too high for the servings. Will NEVER go back to this location ever again!!

Great place been going here for years and before that I hit up the Norman location. Employees are always nice and on top of things manager is great and the food is amazing as always this is the one and only place I never get tired of!

The two men working behind the counter today looked annoyed, had terrible attitudes and acted as if I was an inconvenience to their day. I felt rushed and uncomfortable while deciding what I want. Plus womens bathroom was dirty.

This is my favorite build a burrito Place. I have tried other similar places and Qdoba is by far the best! Food is great, fast friendly service, lobby and restrooms clean and prices are fair.
