The service my family and I received was horrible. Our waitress didnt seem to know what she was doing. We received our drinks and told her we needed a couple of more minutes to look over the menu, she didnt come back for 20 minutes. She took our order and wrote it down, went away for 5 minutes and then came back to ask us what we ordered again.?! The only reason Im giving a 2 star rating is because the food was delicious. After we received the food she asked if everything was okay and didnt come back. The thing is, the restaurant wasnt even busy. When we finally received our check and went to pay, the waitresses were sitting at the bar laughing and talking. Very bad service.

Ive been here a few times, but I had never received worse service. Family came from out of town and it was a total embarrassment. They took 15 minutes to sit us (sitting others in front of us when tables became available), another 20 minutes to get our drink order in TWO parts. And another 20 minutes to take our food order. We left 25 minutes later without eating. The manager was not helpful either. The other times I went it was great. So I guess, the recommendation is "great" if your party is no more than 2 people and you have time to waste. If you have a bad experience, dont bother talking to management.

Stay away from this place. The service is the WORST I have ever experienced in my life. When my food finally arrived, it wasnt evn hot...it was cold, they brought me the wrong drink, there was sumthin in the salsa, looked like a chip from the previous customer, but they were super fast to bring me my check. I brought it to the attention of the manager thinking maybe I would atleast get a discount, but nope, she just brushed me off, and gave me my change. Wobbly tables, sticky seats, no silverware. ....if you like to be ignored, and like crappy service, go here. You have been warned.

Extente mente de lo mejor... comida muy buena, sabor rikizimo, buen servicio, siempre limpio... pero un poco tardado para que llegue la comida... pero eso se entiende porque siempre tienen mucha gente.. siempre que hemos hido tienen línea para entrar.... REALMENTE LO RECOMIENDO

I get my plate and this fly starts harassing me. The waiters act like they dont see it. I also ordered a T-bone steak with some tortillas and they gave me one stale tortilla and the chips were stale as well. The salsa was cold. I could say Ive eaten at better Mexican restaurants therefore I must give this place one star.

The food was very good and prices very reasonable. Although it is Mexican food; I must say it actually did taste like authentic Mexican food. There are local places that are Mexican Restaurants, but the food definitely doesnt taste how MEXICAN food should taste like...WITH "SAVOR AUTENTICO MEXICANO".

Went with family for the first time, ordered a variety of plates. Inside lighting was oddly bright. Food was reasonably priced, but tasted like frozen food that was defrosted then cooked or fried. Water has a metallic taste to it that also carries over into other beverages made with the same water.

I drive all the way from Edinburg to Harlingen for their cheese enchilada plate. Hands down the best enchiladas Ive ever had-- couldnt find anything close when traveling to other parts of the Valley, Corpus Christi, or Houston! Wonderful service each time-- Id rate it 10 stars if I could.

Good food fast service. Great place for lunch. Meals are filling but your left with the ganas for more. More spicy, flavor, more authentic. If you want it fast a and good go here if you want it Slow and great, nothing beats your nanas kitchen.

Very bad experience had to get my own menu. The lady sweeping the floor saw and got our drink order and never brought our drinks. Other table got there after us (bigger party) and got their food first. And the food was horrible.

The customer service is horrible the lady manager covers for the employees. And we arrived 45 minutes before 4 other tables and was not served until we complained.all other tables were eating already. Totally uncalled for.

I enjoy the atmosphere and music. The food is good, but sometimes the tortillas are a little greasy. But overall, I was very pleased with my experiences eating here. It is one of the 3-4 restaurants where I eat regularly.
