Today is June 20, 2017. I called in an order for pick up because it is most convenient for customers and Mi Casita. The lady that took my order sounded like I , the customer, was bothering her. She didnt even ask my name for the order. I let it go, thinking maybe it was nothing. Well I pull up to get order and she said chicken burrito? I said no, order for Anthony. She said thats the only order we got. I then knew by her reaction she was not customer friendly. I then told her never mind and drove down to Jaliscos. Thats how a business loses customers; no customers no more business because word of mouth is an awesome advertising method.

Great place if you speak Spanish the waitresses were more concerned with the tables that spoke Spanish had to flag somebody down to get a drink refill she took my glass returned 10 minutes later ask for extra salsa it seemed to be a burden for them food was bland our chips were in pieces like the bottom of the bag I had fajitas they brought out two tortillas I asked for more ten minutes later I get them everybody else had finished their meal waiting on me & they charged $1.25 for three tortillas go to El conquistidor best in town

Omyyygoooosh!!!!!! Everything was Super amazing The kids loved it could not stop talking about the food and the HORCHATA WATER. !!!!!! THE best part was the service they were very professional and never had to wait for refills . We most definitely will travel this 1 hour drive again... This is a very nice place to come and sit in or take out diner. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the waitstaff and kitchen are full of positive energy. And the food is really good too. Its a little small but I would absolutely recommend to everyone. Its the closest to the taste of San Antonio in Central Texas area, and weve tried them all.

What does a drive-thru waited in line there was one car in front of me they left I pulled up place my order the car behind me pulled up and the cashier asked me to pull back around because the people behind me were ready to place their order so now I have to wait back in line to get queso cuz thats all I ordered that is ridiculous

Very great place to get lunch during that lunch hour traffic on Hewitt drive, very fast and hott fresh food, they have a drive thru, orders ready less then 5min, awesome lunch specials and dinner menu is good, their chips and green salsa is the best, sometimes I just go for the chips and dip,

We used to come there a lot, the last two times we have been there, the service was horrible, had to ask for more coffee ,brought our food and didnt come to the table,again, my daughter had to ask for more coffee, the food is good, dont think we will be back

We love this place! The food is consistent and flavorful. The gravy used on the burritos and enchiladas is wonderful. Also the white queso, verde and red sauce are tasty...homemade tortillas #enough-said. The staff is also great and attentive

Food was quite tasty. At 9pm they began mopping the floor and the smell of disinfectant overpowered the dining experience. Best to get there so youre out before closing time. Unless you enjoy sniffing disinfectant.

I got the Flautas plate. It was SOOOO GOOOOD. Me and my husband even finished all the beans-most places have blah beans. The tortillas were wonderful. Mi Casita will be our go to Mexican restaurant from now on! ❤

Very good food. I ordered the all shrimp soup though thinking it would be little bite size with no tails. Nope. They didnt tell me when i called the order in. The shrimp needs some seasoning though.

My kids cheeseburger had the plastic wrapping on the cheese when delivered to table.. thought for sure they would comp the kid meal, but they did not and charged us! Barely received an apology!
