Me and a friend went today to study and had a rather poor experience. My friend ordered a sandwich and a coffee. While the coffee was fine, his sandwich had the wrong cheese; rather minor mistake. However I ordered a pastry and an iced coffee drink. They didnt bother to re-heat the pastry at all, even though I asked them to, and after they put it on the counter for me to pick up the entire staff went to the back where I heard them joking and eating. I half wondered if they were making my drink in the back, but 5 minutes later they came out and admitted they had forgotten it. They made the drink and left it behind the counter and behind the register where I couldnt see it was done and left the front again. Another 5 minutes of back-room joking and they came out and informed me that my drink was done. Im usually pretty tolerant of sub-par service due to high-business times or when places are short-staffed, but there were 4 people working at 4 oclock with no one in the restaurant and no one coming through the drive-through. It was sheer laziness and incompetence that led our food to be delivered so late and improperly prepared. I dont plan on visiting this location again.

This place is a joke. I have received iced tea from this location atleast three times only to throw it out due to the discusting smell and taste. The store doesnt ever have everything i order they have always "just ran out" I was less than suprised to find out that all three of the locations on polaris parkway I have had problems with are all owned by the same person "Lonnie". The service is terrible having four employees standing around while i wait in line with three other customers today. i also witnessed their manager reem the one the employee helping us to the point he walked off the job. i dont know if its just me but this place has left a nasty taste in my mouth for the last time..ill take my business elsewhere.

Im a fan of Tim Hortons on the whole for meeting with customers and others. Its got a wider selection and is usually more kid friendly than competitors. This one is neither of those. The day we were there more "f" bombs and "s***" was flying from the employees. I was about to say something when I realized that one of the biggest culprits was the "leader" of the group. (Was she manager? I dont know but she was definitely the one running the show) The location is on the end of a small strip and feels like it was being built without scale in mind. It only has two tables that are conducive to holding small meetings or even chatting with friends that arent right on top of the others.

Dont leave your debit or credit card there by mistake. The drive-thru never gave it back to me when I was there on Saturday morning, 10/8/11. I drove up to reclaim it the same afternoon and nobody could check the safe for me. After several phone calls and 5 visits to claim it over a three-day period, the owner, Lonnie, informed me that he had shredded it. WTH!? Couldnt someone have told me that before I wasted the time, gas $, and energy trying to reclaim it??? Lonnie- a little advice: communicate with your supervisors so they know what you REALLY do with the debit cards!!!!!

I swear to God, I have never gone through this places drive thru and gotten all of my food. The person taking my order sounded distracted and we had to repeat out order about 4 times. In the end, we left with less than what we paid for, and even less respect for the incompetent workers. Sad!

The customer service was terrible. I came in at 12:15 and soup was not ready. I was givin an attitude when I asked for my sandwich to be warmed up. The cookie was so hard I couldnt even eat it.
