Polite employees here who know how to manage the customers. There was a throng of middle school-age dancers who came in and were squealing and disrupting the tranquil study atmosphere. One employee spoke up and told the girls to be quiet or theyd have to leave, which depicted a very respectful yet firm way of handling that situation. Bonus: The baked goods and drinks were scrumptious and fresh.

This store has had an awesome remodel. There are plenty of tables and the new lounge area even has power right in the bench seating. The new lighting is very well placed and makes this place very inviting. Enjoy!

They seem to have a high turn over of staff, and the drinks are not consistent. Also staff is often not knowledgeable about promotions. The store is always very clean and has nice seating and study areas.

I always experience good service at this location. It is often quite busy, so we utilize ordering ahead with the Starbucks app and dont have to wait.
