I really have enjoyed going to this location, however today, the manager refused to sell frozen baked goods in the original bag. I placed my order and wanted a few items for later....I tried to buy a multigrain bagel and blueberry muffin, frozen in the bag they ship them in. The manager said she couldnt as it was against company policy. Starbucks doesnt want them to be bought and then sold again by someone else. She would only sell them frozen and placed them in a Starbucks bag. OKAY... I am going to make a killing on a multigrain bagel and blueberry muffin!!! This surprised me since she finally got it to where the store actually had multigrain bagels available. For some reason she said they were not big sellers at that store. There was plenty of times I settled for an everything or cinnamon and raisin bagel instead. Not anymore! I also called the Starbucks customer service to ask about this policy. It took the rep a few minutes, but when she returned, she said it was up to the store if they would sell the items like that or not. Not sure I will be bringing a freezer bag with me to this store. It is just easier to go to a Starbucks, that not only has great staff, but also wants to sell products the customer wants to buy.

The problem with reviewing a coffee shop? Im always there before Ive had my coffee. Every time the drive-thru guys says, "see you at the window, Friend-o" I want to scream, "I WILL NEVER BE YOUR FRIEND-O!" But seriously, its an average Starbucks at best. Sometimes theyre super slow, they often do not completely fill the cup, and their breakfast sandwiches are usually cold in the middle. But theyve got mochas and theyre on the way to work so I go there.

Came in. I was extremely tired and needed to do my homework after a days worth of working. Told the barista that I needed a pick me up. STRONG! She recommended a cold salted caramel venti with 2 shots already in the drink. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made within a couple of minutes. Awesome staff. Keep it up. :)

i been going there for about 2 years now and between the change of staff the service has not been as fast. i get a ice coffee every day and it NEVER taste like it should i ALWAYS have to take it back to get my money back or get another ice coffee i just decided to stop going and drive out to hillard.

Was waiting at the counter inside the Georgesville Rd. Store and some BiT$h wslked right in front of me and the cashier didnt even ask who was first , she just waited on her. I am in customer service and you ALWAYS ask who was first !!!!!

Normally stop in on my way to work. Always greeted upon entry. Staff does damnest to memorize names of regulars. Drinks are made accurately and if not remade with no issues. Very nice friendly staff with prompt service. Keep it up...

Terrible service, the barista in the 6pm shift, was very rude and sarcastic, when I told him that he made me the wrong drink, he definetly needs to be re-trained. The morning staff and the lady manager are the best.

They maintain a nice clean store, restrooms are always clean, the Baristas are very friendly, and the music is easy to listen to. Ive made a lot of friends here with customers and employees as well.
