Dont go thru the drive thru if you ever want to get the food you actually order. I live near this store, so I hit the drive thru more than I should. Every time I tell myself, it will be different, but it is not. Something mysterious happens from the time I say may order, and they punch it in, it shows up on that little screen thing, and when I drive around the corner, everything is different. Coffee Double Cream turns into a coffee double double, and if you know what I am talking about, they you know that driving down the road at 50 MPH and then taking a big swig of coffee double cream, only to find that it is a double double, is just about a life threatening event as I the shock reverberates into my arms causing me to almost swerve off the road. Then I especially love it when they take a chocolate covered donut, that is like 5 minutes old (super fresh) and they stuff it in a little paper bag. I bet you can guess where all of the chocolate ends up, not in your mouth, but it all stays in the bag. Then , when you order a boston cream and get a chocolate glaze, that always makes my morning. Lots of sarcasm here if you cannot sense it. Bottom line, "They screw you in the drive thru!"

I have visited this location on multiple occasions, rarely have I had an order made the way I ordered it. Today I ordered an Iced Capp that was not frozen at all. Then I ordered a bagel toasted with extra cream cheese. What I received was a bagel completely BURNT on the inside and a very thin smear of cream cheese. I have ordered coffee from there before that tasted like day old dishwater. I have told the employees about my previous experiences and to please make it right this time without ever being rude. I understand that your food isnt expensive, but I work for my money and every penny counts. When I order a bagel or coffee or whatever it may be, I expect to receive something that is at the very least edible! I have told some people I know about my experiences with this location and have found that theyve had similar experiences. I will not be returning to this location, and Im close to never visiting a Tim Hortons again. This poor service has ruined the Tim Hortons company for me.

Unfortunately this Tim Hortons is sub par. I stop in in my way to work daily, I order the same drink a latte with an extra shot... every single time I get a different drink! Some are small some are larger, sometimes they sweeten it when i didnt specify...Isnt there a standardized way to make a latte??? Also every 1 out of 7 times i go to the drive through i get no response to order, Ive shouted "hey and reversed my car to let them know Im there... Today I drove away and I will not be returning. Ive had enough. I think Tim Horotons needs to standardize there employee expectations... Starbucks here I come.

Most of the time i like this store, but i went to but a nice coffee cup and a gift card for my pastor and was told I would have to pay cash for the gift card. I called the manager and said"let me get this straight, i can use my card to buy the cup and all the food I want, but I have to have cash to buy a $10 gift card? She said yes, due to some credit card fraud. She was not very nice to me. I went to 17 & Garfield & got it all done in 3 minutes. Im very disappointed in the way the management is handling this,

Every time I go to this Tim Hortons I go through the drive thru. The young lady on the speaker isnt the most pleasant person in the morning. She starts off saying, " what can I get you" instead of "hello, welcome to Tim Hortans". Call me old school but I feelike her "greeting" is rude. On top of that, I always ask for my bagel to be toasted and it never is.. Maybe service inside is more pleasant...?

Ive gone here a few times for a quick cup of coffee and a bagel. I generally prefer stronger coffee, but its not bad for when youre in a hurry. If you ask for cream, be specific about how much because they put it in for you. They also have free wifi, and the staff has always been nice, but the atmosphere inside is more like a fastfood restaurant than a coffee shop or bakeshop.

Ive gone to this store a few times a month over the past 6 years (its the only place I can get an iced cap at midnight). And I gotta say... About 40% of the time my order is incorrect, ot my iced caps are watery, and melted. Like cold chocolate milk. Its ONLY THE OVERNIGHT crew! They are terrible!

Very annoying.....I order the same thing on my way to work 2 to 3 times a week. I am very clear and exact about what I want. Sometimes it is right others.....not. It is not a difficult order. I also wish it wasnt like pulling teeth to get a sleeve on your coffee.

Super hot coffee good sandwiches only end up getting breakfast sandwiches ever tried their lunch but Im sure its good but still not as nice as my girl over on Groesbeck in Clinton over off of 15 Mile Road

The music is painfully bad night or day. Its punishment to have to listen to it. Everything else is normal Tim Hortons. But the music here is particularly awful. Make a point of complaining about it.
