This location needs a little help. The staff is extremly nice. However, I find they are always out of the most basic products to make your favorite drinks, such as a white chocolate mocha. Consistently. Why wont management order appropriately for the week? Also, the place is dirty. Expect to see crumbs everywhere, sticky tables always, and ants near the condiment station. The place needs a good head to toe cleaning. Its disappointing.

Out of all the different locations in Athens, this one is worth the drive. I have never had an unpleasant experience here. They have given me drinks on the house when they mess up or have just been very accommodating without complaint (which does not happen often at some Starbucks. they usually make you feel guilty for saying they messed up). The customer service is phenomenal! I always enjoy my experience here.

I hate being in a place that serves food and then have a guy bring his pet inside. Its gross and unsanitary and Id bet the health department would agree. Ive seen this particular location allow this to happen multiple times (and today, there were members of upper management present!) It would be nice for the staff here to ask this guy to follow the rules regarding pets vs service animals.

The coffee is tasty, and the service is almost always great. I deducted a star simply based on cost. I have had coffee that was just as good or better at small local or boutique type shops. However, finding one of those is often a challenge, so a consistent fall back is Starbucks. And, that is one of the appeals of a franchise. You can often expect consistency from location to location.

I love Starbucks, and frequently go to this one to work. The employees are friendly and quick with service, but its honestly hard for me to work there because their conversations with each other are so loud and so unprofessional, its really distracting. I typically want to leave early just so I can find a better place to focus.

The team members at this starbucks are the best of any starbucks I have ever been to. Not only do I feel welcome in their store, I often compare my experiences at other locations to this one. Mrs.Tammy sets the standard for customer satisfaction. I work locally at Athens Ford and refer my clients to this store frequently.

Had the BEST service. The barista dropped something on my side of the counter and I picked it up for her. To reward my kindness she gave me a very generous "helpful customer discount". Ive always said this was the best Starbucks in Athens and they have yet to let me down. Thank you for going above and beyond every time.

The people who work here are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure youre happy with your order. Ive been told more than once when Ive tried something new that if I dont like it they will make something else for me. I really appreciate their top rate customer service!

Great Starbucks. Extremely friendly staff, and my order was severed very quickly. Clean place with an appealing layout for studying. Of course, its a Starbucks, so itll be a tad expensive for coffee considering the premium experience.

This is my preferred Starbucks in Athens area. It has nice seating options and nice chairs. There is also a few outdoor patio sets. This location is also a bit more laid back than more student saturated locations.

I come here every Sunday to study. Last Sunday, they accidentally charged me extra, and when I told them this week, they were wonderful. They refunded me as well as gave me my drink for free. Great people. 5 stars.
