I must say that out of all the DQs Ive been to, I am very disappointed with the one in Urbana, OH. We waited in line for 10 mins thinking that the lady in front of me had a big order, when she was just chatting with the girls behind the counter. There were 5 other customers behind me. However, the girls behind the counter were not rude and were very nice. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I paid $2.00 for a small chocolate cone that wasnt even half the size of a water bottle. Very disappointed and will be posting my picture of the product I received on Google Maps. Please forward to franchise owner of Urbana, OH Dairy Queen location.
