I was a employee here for 5 months, I never missed a day or called in. I was never even late. At the end of last year I was hospitalized for a month and provided documentation. I was illegally fired. My last check was withheld and I was told over and over they might still need me. The management is very unprofessional, and in it for the progression and ease of there career. Chicken fries were very often served past the company hour wait mark, along with all of the burgers considering the heating unit and timer was broke my whole time working here. The owner would consistently cut quality to cut costs. Do NOT recommend unless you know what your getting and who from. I will never give this business my money again. I was a minor never received breaks even on 8 hour shifts. The credit/debit machine still runs on DIAL UP, and takes sometimes up to 5 minutes to process a payment so be ready to wait.

I went in to get lunch today. After ordering I waited over 10 minutes in line to receive my order. It was 11am, not sure if they were having delay because of the breakfast/lunch transition. After I recieved my food, my chicken fries were cold. My big king only had one pattie, big slice of onion and a pickle. I got home and call to let them know that my sandwich only had one pattie on my burger. The manager said bring it back to get a new one. Great customer service. Yes I want to wait 10 minutes to get a burger, 10 minutes to get my food ... Just to drive home discover my order is disgusting and messed up. But I would have loved to waste more gas for you guys to fix your mistake. Thank you. Ill have no problem not returning...

The lady that took my order had a attitude. They did not fill me and my wife cup up and my wife and I Whopper look like a bigger value hamburger. It did not look like a whopper at all. No onions no ketchup and no pickle. When I took the whopper back to get it fixed the lady had attitude and did not want to see the mess up whopper she gave us. When we got the new ones it look a bigger value cheese burger. Not even close to the pic on the menu. If I could, Ill would rate them with zero star rating. I wish I can show everybody a pic of the whopper, so people can see how they did us. DAMN!!!

this is by far the worst place for svc they only staff 2 people in the morning for the breakfast rush and they have messed up my order not once but 3 times in the last month its not that hard and its the mng whos doing it really and she has no people skills to be at the front counter she should be in the stock dept for sure its not that hard when you order a larger number 3 give me my 2 patties its the only meal I get to eat before dinner and smile and say thank you have a great day un F N belivable that no one sends in a seceret shopper to see how stuff is handled.

Absolutely ridiculous service. I cant even get on the phone with someone to simply ask when they serve lunch because they are apparently far too incompetent to both flip burgers and answer the phone in one shift. I work in a factory lifting 60lb rotors 2 at a time while constantly changing the metric and geometry dimensions of the tools on 5 different machines all day long and you guys cant even answer a phone? Get real

As I dined in the restaurant... there was a young man cleaning the floors. The entire time I was there for around 10 minutes, he went up and down the aisles with his floor cleaning machine coughing violently. He never made an attempt to cover his mouth in any way. I was so disgusted I couldnt even finish my meal.

My food cane to me quite cold so i went to the counter for another sandwich. They microwaved it and it was so hot I could not eat it. By the time it cooled down, the bread was getting crusty. Simply not satisfied with our meal.

Our food is always right but they are so rude. It takes a lot for me to say something, you never know when someones having a bad day. But its every time. Short, rude, no hellos or anything. Cant get you out the door quick enough.
