I havent been to this Burger King for like 2 months because they have horrible service. But this last week my wife and I tried them again to give them a chance. I went through drive through and i was wearing a nice suit. Lady at drive through gives me drinks with lid not fully on...as soon as she gives it to me the pop spills on me and in the car. She doesnt even say sorry or anything..she did at least bring napkins. When i got meal i still said have a nice day but she didnt even respond and just closed windows on me. On top of that when we got home they didnt give us straws. They are VERY slow, and just show they dont care for their jobs. Even the next day i went to this same burger king on the way with some friends of mine to the theater. 2 of my friends got out of car and went in to order. they were the only ones their, but still it took like 15-20min to get 2 orders. Never fails with this place. There has been a now hiring sign at this location for awhile. They definitely need a whole new staff. Until they get new staff we will be going to the Wendys/Arbys and Subway near by. Food is good, but service is horrible.

I swear this is the slowest fast food place ever. This location is dreadful. The employees barely move, like they are in a state of constant trance. We had to wait 20 minutes for damn French fries. After making my concern sound, they still barely moved to get an order of large fries out. I am damn sure fries are constantly cooked and theres no shortage of fries. One more thing is, there were a couple other people only, so not like this place was busy when I ordered. I felt like I got older while waiting for fries. If you want the slowest service but fast food prices, this is your place. Ownership need to hire new staff and replace an old manager, because all employees do is follow managers orders.

We went to this Bk at 2am on 10/30/16, we dont eat fastfood very often but had to after an event , we waited for 10 min in drive thru to even order & no one was being taken care of , then the rude worker announced there was NO burgers ONLY Chicken items ... & only a couple at that !! WTF?!! "BURGER King" we ordered BUT NOONE moved in the lineup of many cars for ANOTHER 10 min ( but Im sure longer) so we left w/out getting the questionable food , which was probably a good thing from the horrible way it was going !! Unbelievable!!! Those employees should be fired !!! I gave the "1" star ONLY because i had to in order to post this or they wouldnt have gotten even that !

We have tried this sorry excuse for a fast food joint twice. First time we said we would never come back. We went in and stood in line for 15 mins, looked around and saw easily 10 + people still waiting for their food while we were still in line all the while listening to the manager throw a fit about how many people were in there??? Are u kidding me? Completely unprofessional, lazy and pathetic! Tried again tonight and they got the order wrong, shocking! Food was cold due to the long wait and lack of anyone actually giving a crap about service! Do NOT waste ur money or time at the Orchard and 12 BK, keep driving, u will thank me!

Charges for a cup of water. This wouldnt bother me so much if it was actually a cup but they give you one of those 5oz clear cups. Not okay when youre going through the drive through. This is definitely their way of motivating you to buy one of their $2+ drinks (I dont even drink pop!) Second, they tried to charge me 5 times as much for my order. Luckily she told me the price before swiping. There wasnt anyone else in the drive through so I dont know how this got messed up. Food was okay. Average for Burger King. The one I go to in Ann Arbor has way better food than this one somehow.

Worst service ever. I dont think the employees are properly trained. I watched as they cooked one order at a time. This is supposed to be fast food. you place an order the employee runs it thru the conveyer belt. The employees seem an I am trying to say this in the nicest way, but they seem uneducated. No grasp of the english language or how to relate to frustrated customers. May customers asking for their money back and choosing to wait for each burger to be cooked to order. Burger King is supposed to be fast food and this location doesnt seem to understand that.

As far as Burger Kings go, this one has a upscale and updated interior and exterior. The food wasnt great but also wasnt horrible, the service was rather cold shouldered though. This was during lunch, but they werent all that busy. My biggest complaint about this location is the extraordinarily small and tight parking lot. It makes getting even a pickup truck in and out a bit of a challenge. The day I was there a fire truck was called for a issue in the parking lot, and the driver had to make a 5 point turn just to make the bend in the parking lot.

Ate inside, service was slow employees are definitely overworked. Food was alright but the sanitary qualities of the place were very much questionable. Garbage was all over the floors and tables, shoe stuck with every step because of some unknown sticky substance on the floor. The male bathroom also had garbage on the floor and sink, along with urine that seems to of been sitting for awhile... It also fails to have a dedicated soap dispenser and instead just has a inner part of a wall mount dispenser sitting on the sink...

I eat here a lot. Some day the calories will cause my death with a heart attack. Totally worth it! Edit: in the last week they have gone dramatically down hill. It takes 25 minutes to get a burger in the drive through now. Both yesterday 07/17/2017 and today 07/18/2017. Between 1 and 1:30. Ive seen at least 6 cars leave the line between these two days. Please fire the people responsible so I can eat here on my lunch break. Your burgers rock, and you used to be fast. Speed up or I will find somewhere else to eat.

Tried to go this morning around 5 am pulled into the drive thru waited 5 mins no one cane to the speaker...I thought they were closed I circled around the building realized the light board said open 24hrs pulled back into drive thru waited another 10mins before someone came to the speaker and said "our system down" I highly doubt that music was blasting in the background and sounds like they was having a party.... I expressed my doubt and informed her Im calling corporate

Hit and miss. A couple times they were very attentive and kind. Many times they are very slow when you are the only one in line. Once, they didnt have any beef! Dont go to the drive thru after 8pm - I have driven away the two times I tried recently! No one came to the window. Ive seen it happen to others as well. Their website shows they are open 24 hrs? Great location, but dont go if you dont want to spend some time here. Ive given up on this location :(
