Three times in one week, there was a problem with my food. Ordered a eggnormous buritto with mo sausage, had sausage. I ordered it again the next morning, and I asked the cashier to make sure no sausage got put on. I watched her tell the cook, no sausage at all. There was sausage. I also ordered a 10 piece nugget during a different time and they werent cooked all the way. Felt like they were still thawing. They fixed all of those. But, one of the managers I called to talk to was extremely rude when I told her they messed up again. I have lived in marysville for 22 years. My grandfather used to work there. Service and food has gone down hill. Just at this one.

Walk through the door to the manager maybe? Yelling at his kids and his wife or gf at the counter talking to him. Then at the counter listening to two ladies arguing about life or work drama and ignoring the customer for the first 5 mins.. waited 15 mins for my meal while listening to them all talk to each other and then to there customer friends.. throughout the store.. worst experience.. the only good was the man at the window that they had bring me my meal.. he was very friendly and polite.. everyone else acted like they were at home yelling thoughout the store and at there kids.. and then walking around the store chatting..

Ordered a $4 special from a coupon and was charged $27 at the first window, then ordered a ice tea and they wanted $5 for it, then the window staff argued with us that we ordered a sweet tea, not an ice tea. A 12 minutes visit that wont happen again. Left and went to Tim Hortons, the same order only took 2 minutes. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this Burger King. We found the staff on the morning shift to be extremely rude.

Tried the Wopperito. Its like Burger King tried to be Taco Bell. The meet tastes like meat from Taco Bell and you get none of the charred feel like the Whopper. As for service, it was ok. The food came out quickly enough and the rest of our partys food was good.

Worst experience in a morning scenario. 12 minutes at drive through. Only one in line. All I ordered was a burrito and a sandwich. And they messed that up too. Sausage instead of bacon. Skip this one, move on up the street

Great place to eat everyone is nice and friendly service and food is hot and good at the burger King in marysville ohio near the walgreen store and the general Manger is the best one they ever had thank you have a nice day

Horrible, this place is open till 1am like it says on a friday but because the lazy people who work there dont want to work and just get paid to sit on their asses they tell me that they are closed at 12:20am

"Isolated incidents" Youre the manager of Burger King, isnt giving a good review of your own restaurant like licking your own a**hole??? Regardless you should VALUE your customers opinions and feedback.

Great service, but they lack in proficiently cleaning off tables for new customers. What makes this more disappointing, is ths dont have the business flow of customers to let this happen. Its laziness.

Play place isnt every child friendly. If your child has problems climbing them this place isnt for you. Super cold in the building. No one at the counter upon arrival either. Waited at least 3 minutes
