Ok taco bell. I show up late because im on nights. Now however.... i go to this taco bell often on my way home from work. One of the employees there was not the best and honestly should be fired if he hasnt been already. I pulled to the drive threw and waited to be greated as normal... well. Nothing happend. Seeing as i was the only one here i waiting for a about 5 or 6 mins cuz i figured they were in the bathroom because i was the only car there and yes they were open. So seeing that they may have been slow i figured ok i can wait a few. After waiting i started to get impashient after not being answer after saying hello multiple time.... normally id just drive off at this point but i knew they were open and i saw someone inside as i was pulling in. I pulled up to the secound window and then glanced inside seeing no one... i reved my engine a couple times (o have a load car) trying to get there attention but no one came.... i pulled a little further fwd because i could here noise from the window and all i see is a single worker sitting there drinking a soda clearly playing around on his phone..... i was very disapointed in this and drove off from there. The food is good but they really need to watch the service and if there emplyees are doing there job

One of the worst I had ever had to experience in taco bells all over us....dont take me easy bit Ive actually been to 14cities all over us and this is the worst taco bell I had experienced with... I ordered shredded chicken burrito....now how hard can that be .....that is one of the famous orders off of a taco bell and this particular taco bell provided me with more factory made soft taco than there ever was chicken or rice in it... the first two bites I took were nothing but half baked factory made flour soft taco...except the fact I ordered at 12 30 in the night....nothing should shroud the fact that they provided the worst food for the common dollar....Stay away if you want to experience what you really think of a taco hell

I am extremely irritated with this particular location. Once again, I just had to put everything back in the bag, restart my car, and drive back up there because my order was wrong. I know I could check my order before I leave, but honestly I shouldnt have to. I understand that mistakes are occasionally made, but this is becoming a regular occurrence. I am not exaggerating when I say the last four out of five times I have been to this location, I have had to turn around and drive back up there.. A few weeks ago, the employee at the window was extremely rude and basically threw my bag at me.. You would honestly be better off going to one of the other nearby locations.

No sense of urgency from the drive-thru staff, except that we must hurry to order. No one was behind us the entire time. I was there with my 85-y/o grandmother who couldnt see the menu so I was reading it to her. Once we got to the window we paid, then sat and waited for at least 5 minutes. Good thing there were no other orders coming in, eh? Even my slow-moving grandmother noted the delay and joked, "Do you have a deck of cards?" No communication from the staff to account for the slow service. Once we got the food, it was a brusque, "Hereyougohaveagoodday. *slams window shut*"

This Taco Bell is the best location Ive been to: customer service was awesome, prices were on the lower end (some Taco Bells are more costly than others), and the food was great. Not only were my tacos literally steaming, they were massive and perfectly wrapped. Over the years I must have ordered the spicy potato soft tacos several hundred times from twenty or thirty locations across several states, and I can confidently say that these were hands down the best Ive ever had. Thank you Taco Bell. Would definitely recommend.

They are usually pretty fast. Some of the people there are friendly but some are pretty meh. They mess orders up occasionally. This one time I went though drive thru with my fiance. She ordered a burrito Fresca because she is lactose intolerant. Well guess what? They put cheese in the burrito and my fiance ate it without checking. The worst imaginable diarrhea ensued the next several hours. Our bathroom was out of order for a week.

While waiting for my food a man walked in the door no biggie but thenot he goes up to one of the employees and asked for a cigarette and then all the employes stopped what they where doing to find this man a cigarette and he didnt even order anything or work there is know he didnt work there bexcuse he did not have a uniform on Im very disappointed about this and this happend on Friday November 18, 2016 around 3:00pm

Eat here regularly, and have for the last two years. Lately, has been in a steady decline. Staff has changed, and so have attitudes. Morale is obviously low amongst thr workers, and it reflects in the food. Gradually, its been worse and worse--today, my quesadilla was served to me legitimately COLD. Absolutely unacceptable... sad to see.

Every single time my family visits this location, whether we are dining in or ordering at the drive-thru, the order is ALWAYS messed up and the quality of the food is poor. The employees are usually rude, and the waiting time at the drive-thru line is always 10 minutes or more. I definitely would NOT recommend this location.

This is one of the better taco bells Ive been to. I work in the area and cone here often for lunch. The guy who works the drive through is fantastic. Food had always been correct, and very good. Wait times are usually not long despite a line around the building at times. Worth the visit.

Waited 25 minutes for 3 items, watched to staff and manager be rude and disrespect multiple customers! Everyone was waiting upwards of 20 minutes, but watching cars go thru the drive thru, all though they kept coming in with wrong orders!

I visited taco bell and ordered my food. Then cashier asked me where are you from. I said charlotte, NC. She said "no, you are from India. Why did you lie?" The lady was really rude. I would never go to taco bell again.

Slow service today however the food was excellent. Food was prepared well, warm and neat. Employee was neither rude or friendly but appeared overworked. Faster service with a smile would have earned a 5 start today.

Went here in morning for breakfast. Sat at window to order and nobody responded. Pulled up to store window and was told their headset was not working but I needed to pull back around to order again...seems logical.

What Ive come to expect from a taco bell. I eat here regularly, and the service is decent, and wait times are reasonable. Location gets busy around lunch time, as most taco bells do.

I have been here a few times for lunch and the service was fast, the people working were courteous, the place was clean and the food was Taco Bell. Cant ask for more.
