Years ago BK was great! It has slipped way way down. Got a hot dog...never again. It was small and split. I was told that they come that way. BS! Disappointed and probably wont return. I made a fuss and was given an opportunity to choose something as compensation. I chose grilled chicken sandwich. .not too bad, but BK has lost its appeal!

The actual personnel service was decent from the girl taking the order. Its the cook that made me mad. Sandwich was horribly stacked. Ketchup somehow was on top of the bun. The sweet tea taste even worse. Rusty aftertaste. Dont normally post bad reviews, but that sandwich p****d me off. You had one extremely simple job, and failed.

In all my life I have never seen such poor performance by Fast food attendants. Not only the Girl at the counter, Jeri? Jenny? something with a J. gave me lip for ordering right before closing time, but other times Ive been there, the staff clowned around rather than bring customers Orders. Food was bad too, complaints there.

The employees at this store are always friendly. The place is always clean. Being a frequent customer at this location, I even have some mild conversations with the person at the drive-thru or counter. My food is always warm and tastes good when I eat there or take it home.

About what you would expect from fast food. Nothing that will blow your socks off by any means, decent, mostly warm, most of the time, "flame broiled" burgers.. at least from the drive thru, no idea if going in would would ensure you get a fresher meal or not.

Flamed broiled. Great burger. Wish they would bring back the French fries that tasted like potatoes. Great for a quick bite. Moderately busy during lunch and dinner hours. Usually clean unless they are super busy.

Small vanilla milkshake: Way to much vanilla and a very small amount of whipped cream on top. Not at all like the pictures. I was told I would have to pay 50 cents more for extra whipped cream. Very disappointing.

Stopped in at lunchtime and they were pretty busy at the drive-thru... still the service was decent ,and apologized for taking too long but it really didnt take that long
