So Im a Fuddruckers fan, I was originally introduced to this chain in Miami, fl. My husband and I were excited to find one here in Orlando. Our stomachs were empty and our mouths were salivating. But this was short lived. We got into the line to place our order and passed a rotting 1/2lb of beef, followed by our cashier Zurelys that made us wait while she received her order of a milk shake. I was given a dirty cup which I had to exchange and then we sat and waited for our food which was not given on trays but on the hot plates there served one. The tables around us were dirty and stayed dirty the whole time. Even friendly flies came and stopped for a chat. My husbands burger and my chicken tenders were ok but the onion rings were half fried and unsalted. Needless to say we will not be returning. The place was dirty, the staff and food left much to be desired. I guess well just have to travel to Miami to get the great food and service Fuddruckers stands for.

Just no do not come here I wish I could leave a very good rating but I honestly cant first of all the lady at the cashier was very rude second of all she messed up our order instead of two grilled cheese she did two chicken sandwiches then third of all they try to help us by making two other ones but no we asked for white bread they gave us a different kind and sesame seeds were on it which we asked know so they basically lied to us about the bread I will say that the burgers were very good but I order sweet potato fries and they were very bitter not salted and hard in the middle like an actual raw potato I recommend not coming here if you are a very very picky person or just dont like to hassle I am very disappointed....... also they still charge me for the two chicken sandwiches and two grilled cheeses this is the worst service ever

Man that was a lot of food! Delicious heart-attack-inducing burgers fries and shakes. I highly recommend the Nutella flavored milkshake if you like Nutella! I like that I was able to put as many vegetables on my sandwich as I like. I really like tomatoes and pickles. The only thing I dislikes about this place was their barbecue sauce. It was terrible. I had ketchup and mustard with my fries instead, and that was good. My wife dipped her fries in her milkshake, but I dont like that sort of thing. Service was good. My turkey burger was a little pink, but I didnt complain. If I had, I am sure they would have cooked me another one.

I loved my experience here. I am from out of town and wish we had one in my own state. The staff is very friendly from the cashier to the manager. My wife and I orders was cook to order except the bacon on my chicken sandwich, however I asked for fresh bacon and the manager apologize. He made sure I was priority to make sure I enjoy my meal. The worker name Lee and the birthday man made sure we was satisfied. They topped my drink off without me having to get up and took my plate away to make sure it wasnt in my way. Anytime Im in the Orlando area, I will dine here again!

Food was great. They prepared one of our meals incorrectly. It was a very simple fix. Supposed to be a mix of fries and onion rings. They only served fries. After bringing the mistake to their attention I was required to go back to my table and find my receipt before they would fix it. After producing my receipt Zure (the employee) reached into my basket of food and grabbed fries and put them back in her serving tray. Then I asked again about the missing onion rings and she yelled "theyre coming". Really rude for the entire experience!

Fuddruckers was one of our favorite restaurants in NJ, so we were excited when they began to expand into Central Florida. This location is a welcome taste of home just minutes from Walt Disney World. My only complaints are that a couple of little things that kept us going back in NJ are missing here. While they have a toppings bar, it is smaller than any of the Funds Ive been to in NJ. They also seem to have a smaller drink selection. Overall, however, its right on the mark, and they get the important things (the burgers) right.

We went as a family of 4 out of Disney Park/Resort and discovered this place only a few miles from our Disney Resort (Caribbean Beach). The burgers were excellent, cooked to order and a tiny fraction of the Disney prices - they even gave me a Gluten Free bun ($2.00 extra) with the burger combo of my choice (although they didnt really fully understand the whole gluten free thing - they offered me (seasoned) fries - but werent sure if the seasoning was GF). Good kids menu too - unlike Disney who class every kid 10+ as an adult.

The food itself was hot and pretty darn good. We did have a little issue with getting the correct order, but they fixed it very quickly. My biggest disappointment was that their air conditioning wasnt working. At 2:30 on in June in central Florida. Needless to say, it was hot. Very hot. I was disappointed that we were only given very small plastic water cups. In that situation we should have at least been offered a larger glass or maybe comp beverages. Besides the food, the best part was the wonderful balloon person!

Hurricane Matthew is bearing down. Everything around the resorts is closed. I walked around from place to place in the plaza and found that Fuddruckers was still open. The line was very long and moving slowly but it kept moving. 90 minutes later I had my food and was on my way back to my hotel. Never during that entire time did I hear one complaint or grumble from the customers in line or the staff. Big thanks to the hard working staff who ALL kept a smile on their faces during an immense rush.

This Fuddruckers is so good. I went to the other one on international drive and its terrible. Manager is rude, service is so bad. We always used to go to this location so were worried that Fuddruckers had just gone downhill while we were away. Luckily its just the one on international drive thats terrible. Will definitely go to this location next time. Food is always great, service is always great. Price is reasonable based on this. Keep it the good work!

Why is this place not EVERYWHERE?! It was a magical experience. Came in with a coupon for 2 burgers, 2 order of fries and an ice cream sandwich for $10. Placed the order at the counter, found out all the fresh veggie toppings were FREE and UNLIMITED? And then there was cheese and JALAPENO cheese sauce? + Service was terrific + Place was very clean + Prices were great Please come to NY!~
