Let me start off by saying that we love Red Robin. Theres nothing quite like a juicy hunk of red meat shoved between two buns! Burgers of all kinds make me weak in the knees so its no surprise that Red Robin is generally a place we enjoy to visit. Now anyone who has visited a Red Robin anywhere in the world knows that they arent an especially high end burger joint but they arent McDonalds either. They are a good middle point - a working mans hamburger. And for the most part they are consistently good. You can afford to bring your whole family here occasionally without feeling too guilty when you look at the bill. I always order the exact same thing at Red Robin - the A1 Peppercorn burger. A few years ago they made the mistake of removing it from their menu and lets just say that a few weeks after I expressed my fury to corporate headquarters it was right back where it belonged on the menu. Quite frankly I wouldnt care if everything else on the menu tasted like a wet dog dipped in haggis. I am hot for the A1 Peppercorn burger and it will always be my boo. On to this specific Red Robin location. Im assuming it is fairly new based on the other reviews but it honestly looks identical to most other RRs that youve been to. They have a pretty consistent layout and it seems to work. On the positive side, our server was fantastic. She was friendly and extremely good with our children but didnt hover or become obnoxious. She was the type of server who actually went above and beyond. She earned her tip. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a bit of praise. On the negative end of things, our food didnt come out as good as it normally does. Both my wife and I received burgers that were a bit over done and lacking in sauce (which I tend to like a little heavy on my burgers). I also think they may have changed their buns and it wasnt a great change. I think it is only fair that I give this location 3 stars because my food was a bit disappointing and not what Ive come to expect from Red Robin. Im not writing this one off just yet though because the service was great and perhaps this was just an off night for them.

My first red robin ever after seeing so many commercials of how good the food looks I couldnt wait to experience it. So anyways me and my family waited the host seated us we waited ten fifteen minutes before I pressed the get server button on the tablet sitting on the table nobody still came. So I stopped another waitress walking who kept walking by as I said maam then came back to the table and said were you trying to get my attention I said yes can we have our waitress introduced to us she said Ill just take your drink orders. She did that. Ten minutes later another waitress came over with one soda and asked what other drinks we had. My boyfriend answered since I already had an attitude. Another ten minutes she come back with all the drinks except my bf water I said are you our waitress she says yes. So we put our orders in orders got put in my bf fries were wrong so was my burger. She took my burger back and still didnt have his water or his correct fries he asked for. She left the appetizers and used plates on the table as she brought out four entrees. Still no water finally brung out another burger for myself it was still wrong. Finally my bf got the manager I spoke with him and he apologize. The waitress on the other hand her name was Jen blonde hair had horrible absolutely horrible service and I waitresses for over two years Ive never in my life seen such and after the manager Tim handled everything and we thanked him I decided to leave Jen a nice tip: informing her if she dont like her job quit. Needless to say even though the manager handled everything Ill never go back to that location and that first experience ruined everything for me about Red Robin.

Ok so this was my first time at Red Robin, and my stomach was not in the mood for a big burger so I opted for the Cesar Salad because really, how can you mess up a Cesar salad? Well they bring it out to me on a rectangular plate with two stalks of romaine lettuce on it, chicken in between them and some dressing splattered on it. I was so thrown off by it because I was trying to figure out how Im going to cut this lettuce on this tiny plate. I was trying to be as nice as possible but I think the waitress (who was VERY nice herself) might have been a little off put by my reaction. She offered to take it to the back and have them cut it up for me, and I agreed. I cant believe I would go to a restaurant, buy their salad and have to chop it up myself. Anyway when she brought it back out, it looked fine and I was busy eating the sweet potato fries (which were sooooooo good!) when the manager came by and asked if everything was OK I said" yes". And then I tasted the salad... Worst dressing I have ever had. This was by far the worst Cesar salad I have ever had in my life. I left the whole thing. We were in a hurry so I didnt complain. I am going to add that my family goes there all the time for their burgers and they LOVE it. So I will be going back and giving them another try and I will revise this rating. Staff was really friendly!
