Not concerned with customer satisfaction at all. Ordered a pizza online with a special request, and it was ignored both in my order, and when I called again later to push the delivery back. Talked to the manager today, and all he did was avoid the blame and say they dont check up on special orders. Sounds like they are full of excuses to me. *Update- Drew (different manager) is wonderful, he called me back and apologized for the poor service, and told me he would give me another order to make up for it. While that did not fix my problem, it was the appropriate justification and I am okay with the scenario now.

This was the worst pizza and wings I have ever had. $60 for 2 large pizzas 2 one trip salads 14 wings and an order of 5 bread sticks.This would be ok if the food was good but it was horrible. Save your money go accross the highway there are tons of other restraunts. The wings were so bad we couldnt even eat them we ordered buffalo, I had those taken off the bill. Even the ranch dressing was bad. We did complain but the didnt get any where. I will never go here again. Also thay played crappy pop style music too loud even my teanage daughters that were with me didnt like it.

as a frachisee myself in another business, I was expecting an exceptional experience from a restaurant of appx 80 store franchise. That is not what i experienced, the GM; Mandy I believe, is not a person Id want representing my restaurants. She showed me lack of respect to staff and customers and the inability to handle the volume of business. Hallrich Inc. you can do better and I hope you do. The buzz in the area, they go there for the deals, but would go elsewhere in a heartbeat if opportunity arises. Maybe I should get into the business.

This place is under new management, the people here are very polite, consistent, and very fast to make your food, it tastes great, the last time I had Pizza Hut, I remember it being odd at the very least, this location takes there time and puts love into there food and even the $7.99 Large two topping is great. I would recommend going here if you want some quick and yummy food.

The pizza was amazing when I got it last week. I believe the managers name was Phil, he made it for me, I cant tell whether he is a manager or a 5 star chef it was that good! Would definitely recommend my family and friends to this Pizza Hut. He even complimented me on the baby blue tie I had on, just a great guy.

The food was great. The pizza tasted great & cheesesticks were awesome, light fluffy and cheesey. The Hershey Triple Chocolate Brownie was really yummy. We had the food delivered to a local business we delivered too. They delivered the food 10 minutes early.

I tried to stop there July 11, 2015, but they were closed, with a big chain link fence around the property. What is going on? They had a great salad bar (not every Pizza Hut has a good salad bar), and the kids working there were always so nice.

Just because it close to closing doesnt mean you should under cook a pie. We received two that the dough was half raw . Cmon its pizza cook it right uphold your chain quality. Tasted like a lunch able raw

Not participating in the Leap year pizza deal. When I called and asked about it they said they never heard of it and then pretended to not be able to hear me. Bad food and bad service anyway.

It okay. The thin crust pizza is the best. Why is Pizza Hut crust so greasy always? It drips and wets your hands with it. The bottom of the box is drenched in oil.
