Well.. where do I start. When I started ordering my food on the phone the woman was very rude, but I push it off the side because she might be stressed out. Anyways, I told her many times I wanted three shrimp eggrolls (I had this convo on speaker phone so my coworkers know what was said). When I got a my orders, the driver was so nice! But when I open my order, I got everything BUT my shrimp eggrolls. They gave me shrimp EF young not eggrolls. So I called the woman about the mistake, telling her I would returned the young and want my shrimp egg rolls. SHE YELLED AT ME TELLING ME I WAS WRONG! I put my phone on speaker so everyone would hear her. I told her I would just want to exchange the young with the eggrollls but she kept yelling and wouldnt listen. So I told her I will just come down and returned the food and exchange it for my eggrolls. But when I came down, they told me to NOT TALK NOT TALK WE HEARD THIS BEFORE! I was like woah..? And they grabbed the food and looked at all the food. And I tried to tell them I just want an exchange, but they kept telling me not to talk. So, they gave me the money back. But I told them tell the driver to keep the tip. At least he gave me good customer service.

Their food used to be pretty good, and it used to be my go-to place for great Chinese. Im originally from NYC, with Chinatown and its influence on area restaurants, so my standards have been set on the high side. The wonton soup used to have a delicious, well seasoned filling and great broth. Now the broth tastes like a cheap vegetable substitute while the wontons themselves are filled with this overbearing mixture that almost makes me nauseous after just one. The fried rice is almost flavorless, and their noodles (i.e., lo mein) are overcooked, mushy, and is seasoned with flavors much similar to the wonton filling. Sunrise Kitchen went from one of the best in the area for miles around to becoming the worst that I know of in NE Ohio...and Ive sampled many in the region looking for the flavors that Ive been familiar with for a long time. Sunrise, if youre reading this, please return to your original recipes and practices. Ill guarantee your business will pick up briskly!!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This was legitimately the most disgusting takeout experience I have ever had. The fried rice was yellow, unseasoned, with boiled and unseasoned chicken. There was nothing else in it, no peas, carrots, egg, nothing. The consistency of the beef in the beef and broccoli was chewy and mushy. I had to spit it out. The egg drop soup was also of such a repulsive consistency that I had to spit it out. The only part of the meal I could eat was the egg roll; however, I had ordered a pork egg roll and received a vegetable one. Whether Ill make it through the few bites I did eat without food poisoning is still to be seen, but Im doubtful. I will NEVER order from Sunrise Kitchen again.

I order Chinese from here whenever Im at work and its always amazing to see the friendly delivery guy with a big bag of food for me! I always recommend this place to guests looking for a good Chinese place. First of all, I think its pretty cool they have online ordering! Makes it convenient when Im at work and cant tie up the phone line with my phone call. The General Tsos with white rice is pretty good, not too spicy. I order the lo mein but ask for it plain (no meat or veggies) and its delicious. Their crunchy pork wontons are wonderful. All this is about $20 but I can eat it for over two days as leftovers. They almost always throw in a free can of soda with my order. In my opinion, great value for $20!

It was our first time in here. We ordered lo mein and egg drop soup. The soup was almost entirely broth with little actual egg. The lo mein noodles were way overcooked, so they were gluey and sat like a lump in my stomach.The meat was also so overcooked it was either gummy and chewy (as in the chicken and pork) or completely tasteless and devoid of texture (as in the shrimp). I dont think Ive ever had worse take out. The reviews are true - great prices (thus the one star). Unfortunately its not worth it. Dont waste your time or money.

Not what it used to be. I have ordered from them since they opened. They used to offer good food at good prices. I read somewhere that new owners had taken over. The food has become absolutely terrible. Food is often undercooked. The last time I ordered Fried Rice, it was white with peas in it. I am no longer a regular customer and am not sure if I will give them one last chance. Too bad. It used to be my go to for Chinese.

I recently tried Sunrise Kitchen for the first time after working so close that I could walk there. All I can say is wow! I cannot believe I was missing out all this amazing food all along! Food is always hot and fresh and my orders are always ready extremely quickly! If you are looking for some great Chinese food check this place out. I know I found my new lunch spot!

While the menu doesnt have much beyond standard take-out Chinese fare the quality is above average. My family loves that the general tsos chichen. They make it with breaded white-meat chicken making it more tender than others in the area. Fried rice is better than the competition as well. Take-out chinese is back in the takeout rotation in my house.

Chose this restaurant for the first time and to have our meal delivered. I was told it would be 45 minutes and to my surprise, it was here in 30 minutes. Food was excellent and they threw in a few extra goodies. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Thanks again for your super service!

Its been an hour and 15 minutes and still no food. I called to check on my order and the gentleman, (cant even call him that) was so very rude. I think I will be looking for a new place to order from here on out. I hope the food is better that that guys attitude

Good food - exactly what youd expect from good Chinese take out. They are also the only place in Stow that delivers. Food was still hot enough when it arrived that we had to let it cool for a few minutes. (Bonus points for delivering in a snow storm.)

We just tried Sunrise Kitchen last night, and the food was surprisingly good. I ended up stuffing myself, and I still have enough left for another meal. Prices are quite reasonable, as well.

It used to be very good food, but the quality has slipped. We no longer order from them. Gave them two stars for the price and fast service.
