I always order from here and my husband and I were told by the delivery driver to order at 10 1015 and that way we would get fresh hot food and he would make sure to deliver. Instead of getting what we wanted we were extremely disappointed in the fact we called at 955 pm and they close at 1030 so we even called earlier than the suggestion and got no answer. We called both phone lines multiple times to get them to answer for at least 10 mins and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone it just kept ringing. Terrible customer service and my husband and I will not be coming back due to such terrible service. I dont care that you are the only ones who delivers when I crave Chinese food I will stop at the 3 other locations I pass by and pick it up. I feel that number one Chinese needs to focus more kn customer service because you just lost two of your best customers

Ive lived in apopka going on six years. Ive never had a problem with this establishments behavior in person on the phone or with any of their drivers. Its small and without knowing probably family owned like most. The food will vary such as any mom and pop place. However Ive never been disappointed by one of their specialties crispy shrimp paired with any rice it is really good! I would also like to say respect is given when earned be courteous and people will reflect that you are the customer and always right but there is such a thing as manners and for the love of God if your food is delivered.... Tip even if its a few dollars. It was gathered cooked and brought to your door. You do nothing but pay and eat. Be grateful you have the option.

I liked this Chinese place. Compared to the other places near me, they are the most affordable and their not as unfriendly as some of the reviews might suggest. While ordering I spoke with a women who was kind although there was a language barrier she was still kind and professional. I ordered for myself and my uncle and we paid $23 thats including the tip for delivery. We got two combos teriyaki chicken and sweet and sour chicken, rice, and 2 egg rolls. The women said 45 but we only waited 30. My only complaint would be that my uncles rice was supposed to be veggie rice and mine pork but they gave us both pork. Its wasnt the end of the world just a bit inconvenient. I would recommend this restaurant.

I am from Apopka and I have been ordering from them for YEARS. This is the best Chinese place in the state of FL. The fried rice is so flavorful and they actually know how to make it spicy! No matter what, I ask for it to be extra spicy (they cook it in hot oil) and it is like a party in my tummy. The spring rolls are always fresh and the lo mien has a very good taste. Order here, you wont be disappointed. You guys complain about customer service but they are all so nice and very professional. Please keep in mind there will be a language barrier unless one of their kids answers the phone.

I normally like the food here, but todays order, came with 2 day old egg rolls, tough. with a dried out filling; and the egg foo young, while not exactly burned, were black! My only request was that they add more sauce to the honey chicken, which is ALWAYS dry! I am very disappointed. Next time, I will order in person, and inspect all my food BEFORE, I LEAVE WITH IT! They do have a good on time delivery man.

Great place. Its a small building, only has two or three tables in it. Its not a place you go to eat at, only to get a meal and take it home. The people who work there are not rude like most other reviews say, But english is not their first language and they have very strong accents when they speak. Good place for a quick meal, not so much for a "sit down" dinner.

This place sucks!!! I ordered food for delivery they take my money over the phone then tell me they dont deliver to my area!!! THEN, they keep my money!!! Its already been 3 weeks!!!They told me that I was going to get my money back in 3 business days and still no money!!!! $50 worth of food and I did not get any money back this place is horrible!!!!

Horrible food. We ate in and I ordered the sesame seed chicken my friend had the chicken and broccoli. The sesame chicken was crunchy and had no chicken. When I told them it was something wrong with the chicken she acted like she didnt understand English. Chicken was better then the sesame but still bad. I dont recommend this place at all to anyone

At one time they were my favorite place to order Chinese from but lately theyre not consistent. You can go in one day and everything tastes great and then go in another day and be the worst tasting food youve ever had. Another problem is half the time I called them I cant reach anyone

If we could give this place no stars, we definitely would. We first ordered sesame chicken, which tasted gross. It was all crunchy and no chicken. And then asked for something different, as soon as we did they started acting like they couldnt understand us. would never go back there.

We have eaten here several times. The past few times the food has not been good. The younger delivery driver is rude so my wife wont deal with him. Im not sure why the quality of the food is declining. I really liked this place but now, I would honestly recommend somewhere else.

This place is called no. 1 Chinese food when it should be called no. 100 Chinese food!!! My food was terrible!!! I would never eat there again and would not recommend it to anyone else. I ordered a chicken dish and a beef dish and couldnt tell which one was which....Barf!!!

They must have gotten a new cook or changed owners because recently got the kung pow chicken it was lousy,kind of sweet and barely any chicken.They should call it kung pow chicken surprise cause when you find a piece of chicken you yell surprise.

This is the only Chinese restaurant in the area that is decent and actually tastes like Chinese food. Service is good. Everytime Ive ordered for delivery theyve been to my house in record time. Will definitely keep ordering from here.

If took my food an hour and half to arrive. I had to call the store to check on my food since they said 45 minutes for delivery. I had 3 orders only one of the orders were hot. There expensive and the food isnt good. Never again!

I used to go all the time only this time in the middle of my shrimp fried rice, I found a dead baby roach. I took the food back and they asked me if I wanted them to make me more food!!!! More food no thanks. I will never be back.

Ordered at 615. Called at 715, driver was "on his way". 805 driver knocked on the door. Lo mein was soggy, dumplings and crab Rangoon were cold, bourbon chicken was ok. Driver didnt even offer apology. Never ordering again.

Im always looking for great Chinese restaurants that delivery and No 1 Chinese fits that bill. Their prices ate reasonable g they ate within the range of other Chinese delivery) and the good is delicious.
