This has been my fav go to/local chinese spot for about 2 years now. An awesome feature this business offers is super quick, incredibly accurate, even personalized style online ordering thru EatStreet. Those of you who use YELP, will find the online ordering on there easily. but yes, that alone with A combination of fair prices, generous portions, exceptional quality paired with awesome customer service will, like everyone else in the area who loves some chinese on occasion.. keep you comin back. now, yes some people unfortunately had a particularly bad experience, as no place is perfect, every business has their off days and/or sadly.. those customers who just cant be satisfied, always baushing places, 9 times outta 10 their negative reviews overexaggerated. So many times these petty, small situations ppl post negative things about, giving a place 1 star couldve been easily remedied, any troubles or discrepancies resolved had they respectfully and humbly approached the situation with some decency and understanding. however if youre a sensible, optimistic, open minded individual who focuses on the light of things, instead of letting negative things be the deciding factor. this place, like manyy manyy others will not disappoint!

Ordered today 6/4/16 Lg. Shrimp Lo Mein seeing that I am sick and just has oral tooth surgery and was so hungry and weak and wanted something easy to swallow to eat. Picked up my order and then parked my car in the shopping plaza hurrying to eat bcuz I was famished and not feeling well. Only to see that there is no silverware in the bag. I called the restaurant and ask the girl who took my order if suppose to eat with my hands, why is it that alllllllll the time u order there the forks and spoons are never inside the bag. Instead of apologizing she let me know that they dont always put silverware on every order and hung up the phone on me. So I was mad I drove back to the restaurant and returned my food and got my refund and let them know that their customer service is horrible. What takeout restaurant you go to that selectively put silverware with people order??? NOWHERE! I honestly wish I could give them ZERO STARS. No apology from the manager either who processed my refund.

We have been ordering from here for over 10 years. Wings are outstanding. This past Friday evening my wife mistakingly gave the delivery man money that was the wrong amount mixed with hundreds of dollars. The next day not thinking anything would be an issue, she called and went back into the store and they did give not give back our full amount. We lost out a few hundred dollars, which I know was her mistake but the delivery guy said he stuffed that cash in his pocket and said he did not count it and we dont know any delivery person that does not count the money before leaving. Because of this dishonesty they have lost a valued customer and will spread this word. Sadly to say we were ordering twice a week from here coming to about 25 dollars each time. So know in the long run it will end up being there loss.

I ordered from here for the first time because the reviews were decent. Wont order from them again, though. I used the app encouraged on their website (beyond menu) and placed an order at 7:11pm... 8:23 comes around and I call them to figure out whats going on. They said they didnt receive the order until 7:50. Of course, I call BeyondMenu to see if this was true and they said nope, they were definitely sent the order at 7:11. The order finally gets here at 8:31 --- wrong drinks (ordered coke, received Pepsi), wrong appetizer (ordered spring rolls, received veg egg rolls); wrong flavors (ordered 1 "very spicy" general tsos and 1 mild, both were exactly the same mild flavor). I called them and they didnt offer to correct anything. If youre thinking about ordering from here, I encourage a hard pass.

I feel super picky about Chinese food spots. Weve tried this one a few times so its okay. The general tsao chicken is dry and hard. I have found some inconsistencies with each order, but have tried the steamed and fried dumplings, fried chicken, lo mein, garlic chicken and butterfly shrimp. Sometimes I really like it and other times... I wonder what went wrong.

Best chinese take out in florida!Ive been going there for 13 yrs. Good people, great food.Very clean. you can see straight into the back of thier kitchen and watch as they cook your food. This place has never disappointed me. Everyone Ive introduced it too loves it and when ever i buy from here for others they always say " omg wierd is this place this is good!"

The food was good, but it was missing something, not sure what. Also it was no longer hot and we live 5 minutes away. I had to microwave the soup which was more sweet and sour rather than hot and sour. All in all, it was ok, but not great. Well keep looking for a local place...

Food is very bland. The meat had a questionable taste to it. I honestly didnt even finish it. The crab ragoons and fortune cookies where stale. The delivery man didnt even say hello, just handed me the food when I barely opened the door and took off. It was very weird.
