I ordered online and my ETA was 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I called the store and they said my pizza was on the way. I ordered at 10pm and called at 10:30pm. By 10:50 I called back and they placed me on hold, mind you they put the phone down and didnt actually press the hold button. I overheard two guys saying where is her order and one guy said its in there at the bottom (talking about the hot box in the store). The guy came back to the phone and said my pizza was on the way. I asked was it going to be fresh and he said yes definitely. My pizzas came at 11:30pm and both were cold. Of course I called the store again and explained the situation. I also was considerate because it was busy Friday night. I live right around the corner and no way my pizza should be cold upon arrival! They guy took my name and number and said his manager gave him the ok to give me a $10 credit towards my next purchase. I called today to order again and they showed no record of any credit. I told the guy on the phone thank you and I just wont order from them again! I shouldnt have to re-warm a pizza I paid for that the store just so happened to forget to deliver until I called. This is not my first bad experience with Pizza Hut on Chagrin Blv. Shaker Heights, OH 44120

Order online 2 consecutive days (Friday and Saturday) and the deliver was so late. The Foods cold and no excuses. Worse, the next day they deliver me an incomplete order. I ordered a large free pizza and 2 drinks of 2 liters (Pepsi 2L and Mtn Dew 2L). Until yesterday, I still have not received the 2 bottles of drink Ive paid in addition. Between 7pm and 12am yesterday, I made 5 phone calls to the shop but nothing. The Deliverer never returned to bring me back the rest of the order. They debited my credit card for all including the delivery fees. The Deliverer began to reject my phone calls by 9pm. Always without any news of them. We had a very bad dinner yesterday, Saturday night. We will complain and pursue them if nothing is done for us. Its Pizza Hut, 216800 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Heights OH 44120. The deliver are always late and Foods are cold. They give you free pizza to apologize and you have to buy something for $ 7.99 to claim this free pizza. They charge you the delivery and do not deliver the whole order, in spite of their delay. This is our experience with them. Really disappointed.

Made a web order and received a delivery time of 45 minutes. After an hour we called to find out that they claimed they tried to call us to confirm the order and we did not answer. Ok, mistakes happen and calls dont go through. Placed an order on the phone with them and make sure to have them repeat the number while on speaker phone. An hour and a half later, we call just to find out the delivery was canceled again. They read off a completely wrong number and claimed that even if they had the right number, they wouldnt deliver since we had a canceled order once already today. Waited almost 3 hours for a pizza which never arrived. Probably better ordering anywhere else.

placed a order for a box pizza $19.99 almost 2 hrs later no pizza. Called them and they said our order was cancelled due to they could not reach us at our cell phone number. We sat by the phone starving looking and listening at every car that passed cell phone never rang. Talked to manager and she stated she could place order again but will be another 2 hrs. She was not going to make this a priority. They did nothing go accommodate a couple of starving people. Its 10:20pm and now we have to find somewhere else to get food.

Still one of the worst PHs Ive ever done business with. They constantly have an excuse for why the delivery is late, sometimes up to 2-5 hours late or for why your order is wrong--theyre understaffed, they had to send a driver home, the driver was confused. Do not order from them and choose the delivery option. I understand PH has delicious pizza, but save yourself the frustration and pick up the pizza yourself--from another store.

I have no choice but to come to this location but this is one of the worst pizza chain locations I have ever been to. The delivery wait is always 2 to 3 hours and when you place an order for pick up, theres a 50/50 chance that your order was actually put in the system to be made. Never an apology, never an explanation. Just rude. I cant believe corporate sees these negative reviews and nothing seems to change.

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER! DO NOT ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THESE FOLKS. ONE TIME THEY DELIVERED MY PIZZA THE NEXT DAY, ANOTHER TIME 4 HOURS. THEY DO NOT HONOR CODES AND QUITE FRANKLY THE PIZZA TASTE LIKE IT WAS BAKED IN AN EASY BAKE OVEN WITH PLASTIC TOPPING. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES!!!!! I HAD TO GIVE IT A STAR TO POST THIS BUT IN REALITY THIS STORE IS 2 THUMBS DOWN ONLY BECAUSE I RAN OUT OF THUMBS.

When I ordered online the return email said it would be 3 HOURS for delivery. I called this store 3 times and I was hung up on. Called again and the person that answered was very rude and cut me off, saying they needed to put me on a quick hold. Waited 5 minutes! When she returned, said my order was on delivery, cut me off before I could even speak. Then hung up on me. Last time we order there.

After ordering from them before they claimed they couldnt find our house and cancelled our order. They failed to call my number and even mention this. I have never had such crappy service and attitude when ordering from Pizza Hut at other locations. The management and service always try to make it your fault for why they cant do something as simple as make a pizza and deliver to an address...

This has to be the worse Pizza Hut in the city. Unfortunately my kids loves Pizza Hut. I have never had a good experience ordering over the phone or in person. They always find a way to get the order wrong! The sad part is the attitude that comes with the mistakes. This is my last visit, my children will have to eat pizza from somewhere else. The staff is using profanity towards each other.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had . My 8year old can make a better pizza. Will not be going back there . They need to tell you when you order they will not take any thing over a 20.00 dollar bill. What is that about. . Had to go find change. The pizza was awful wish I had left it there when I went to go get change .

ruined my super bowl 51 game..you guys need to have a separate lane for pick up.i went to pick up my food and there was a irritating lady with her kid fighting for her unknown online order and made us all wait for long time to pick up .finally i picked up and when i reached back home there were 2 touchdowns.food was okay.

Poor customer service. My order was received and took over an hour to produce one large pizza when I was originally told it would take only 15 minutes. The best the manager could do was to apologize and offer a $5 gift card for a future order. Needless to say, I will not be returning to utilize the gift card.
