We dont usually eat in, but rather order then pick it up. I have ordered from this place 5 times but actually got my order once. Every time I went to pick my order they didnt have it. They asked if this was the store I called. I showed them their number in my call logs. The first time this happened I agreed to wait while they made the pizza. Every time after that that I called them I explained what happened and they assured me that they had my order. I made sure to get the name of the person who took my call. When I went there of course they said I never called them. Again I showed them their number in my call logs with the time and duration of the call, and named the person I talked to. They stood by their story that I never called them. This happened this past October, we havent been back since. I could understand this happening once, but 5 times!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

They made my pizza perfectly! Im the annoying person that wants light sauce and extra toppings and cooked a certain way and most of the time I just deal with whatever I end up with. This time I ordered myself a personal pan pizza exactly the way I wanted it and they nailed it. It was amazing! The one issue I had with this location is my son ordered online and requested to pay in cash. He received a call back and was rudely told the only way he could order for delivery was to prepay with a credit card. I havent double checked this because when I offered to use mine he decided to go elsewhere and not deal with their attitude.

For the 2nd time in two weeks my husband and myself fell ill after eating at PizzaHut. The first time we thought it to be something we had eaten previously in the day, after the 2nd time we realized it was no coincidence. After eating a pizza on the 8th we were both SO ill we missed a day of work. Something is seriously wrong at this location, either food prep, storage or cleanliness. Whatever the cause we will not be returning. This is a shame as we have ordered from this restaurant at least three times a month for the last 8 years.

I ordered a 2 medium up to 6 toppings deal First pizza I asked for just regular crust extra cheese the guy said sorry thats not considered a topping,ok well its on top of the pizza like all the other toppings but it is $2 more for cheese so I get it with just cheese no extra and the next pizza I get with thin crust and pepperoni and banana peppers,when I get the pizzas they are both thin crust and one is cheese and banana peppers and the other pepperoni

The employees are rude, theyre constantly late for delivery, even for pick-up I had to wait in the car for literally 45 minutes in their parking lot once, because they messed up the order and had to redo it. Theyre sloppy with the food and how they cut it, theyve forgotten to cut the breadsticks many times... Go to the Norton Pizza Hut instead, its only about 10 minutes away from this one and is so much better.

Several times order has been not fully delivered. I waived it off when it was small. They have forgot items to many times i order from there because its the only place that delivers to my house. I tried to complain about them forgetting something and a hair being in the food and i got hung up on. And just because your busy dont mean you can be rude. Find some customer service manners

Ate here this evening, so cold in the dining room my husband said it must be 47 degrees in here, if that. We ordered salad bar and pizza. The salad bar was out of everything we waited 20 minutes for staff to refill it. 2 girls working the dining room were working fast but too many people and not enough help. Needless to say we will never eat here again.

Last time I was there nobody but us in the dining room and wait time to be seated and to order were ridiculous and the waitress didnt refill drinks right away and I had to ask about specials. The other waitress we usually get is very good. Maybe they were to busy with pick up orders delivery idk

Food was hot and fresh since I got there when they opened but the server was too busy talking to her regular customers that come in a lot to ask if I wanted something else to drink since my drink was close to empty but she was fast enough to bring me my bill before I was close to done.

I wish I could give minus stars.....the only thing that was good was our server..... the pizza was ok.... the place dirty and the salad bar looked disgusting. I used to eat here years ago, and it was great. I will never eat here again. Someone should call corporate .

Clean and quiet restaurant. Food was very good at the buffet. Good selection for under $13 for 2. Better than going to other fast food places. Salad and pizza and pasta with garlic bread. Cinnamon and glazed treats. Chocolate pudding for kids!

If I could give it no stars I would. Horrible customer service horrible delivery time and they are always getting my order wrong or I pay and it never shows up. Do NOT go to here or order from here they should shut down our get better workers!

Classic 1970s "red roof" location filled with wall booths and recently redecorated. Best pizza pasta lunch buffet in town! Small but fresh and useful salad bar, plus rotating savory and sweet pizza selections. Worth a stop for a nice lunch.

I will definitely return to this establishment. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. As soon as I arrived the service was great. The waitress was very attentive. The food came just as ordered and was very delicious.
