I will usually go right past this one to independence. The few times I have come here the customers seem to be a royal pain . Their order is usually as follows : Burrito but tortilla on the side so basically a bowl with a tortilla on the side. Triple rice, no beans. Then they want extra chicken for free because it looks skimpy on their bowl and they get upset when the employees tell them double meat is extra. Then they want every salsa on the bowl, and a cup of each on the side. Smother it in sour cream, and give them two more cups of it on the side too for them to do shots of. and then put half a pound of cheese on top. Free cup for water, and then they will stand in front of the soda machine and chug a coke before thy refill it to go with the bottle of tobasco they will throw in the bag to take with them. Its like a feeding trough here.

PLEASE !!!!!! Do not I repeat do not go to this chipotle. I had a large order and sales associate was upset with previous customer when it was my turn to order. Employee ask me what I was having and I said 4 bowls 1 kids quesadilla 1 kid taco and 2 large tacos. The employee replied we dont have large tacos. The I replied regular tacos. The employee then replied we dont sale tacos. Then I replied its on the board I order then all the time. The employee said we refuse to serve you because you are being rude. Then I ask to speak the MGR. Patrick Clark is the MGR there and he ask me what happened. Then in middle of my statement he told me my employee wouldnt say that and we dont have to serve you. Then at the moment I said what is your reason he said because we have the right to decline service to who ever !!!

Rude staff... manager is lazy and refuses to help... wouldnt listen... gave me bullshit excuses... claims they are getting portion sizes under control when the stuff we got is no where near the same as other stores... they have people who apparently need to be watched to make sure they are doing their job right who apparently cant do their job right. If you ask for extra you get dirty snobby looks and a rude attitude. Dont bother asking for extra meat... they wont give it to you but still charge you for it.

I think this Chipotle is pretty decent. Food is usually pretty good but there are often long lines. Servers are usually fast but not super friendly other than the check out person. Serving sizes vary a bit and I kind of feel like I dont get enough meat for the price. I do like the flavors of the meat though and the fact that they will give you a free tortilla with a bowl. I mainly keep coming back because I absolutely love the corn salsa and the guacamole.

The only bad experience I ever had at a Chipotle. Staff was slow, food items ranged from hot to warm to luke-warm to cold. No consistency in amount of food - a few people ahead of me had so much meat heaped in their bowls it was overflowing. Mine was barely half-full. Ice tea container was completely empty. Several staff members stood around doing nothing for a long time while the line was backed up to the outer door. Restrooms were not clear.

This is all around the worst chipotle. When it comes to speed of service or receiving a correct online order the garfield heights chipotle will surely disappoint. Not one to complain working in food service myself but that is just how truly awful their service is. Only this chipotle all the other locations in surrounding cities are great and I just dont understand why this one has to be the closest to me.

I didnt have a good experience at this chipotle the last time. My food was not good and tasted funny . I took a bite of my bowl and had something hard in it. I tried another bite and had to spit that out as well. My chicken was fatty and gross. I will not return to this chipotle and I eat here at least 2 times a week. Ill have to take a long break from this establishment now and thats disappointing.

Purchase rice bowl, well what was suppose to be rice but it was a spoonful of rice, spoonful of pinto bean, for $9 I expect to get my monry worth! This is big problem with this location! Stiffing people on what should be standard portions! I HATE GOING TO THIS LOCATION! I WILL NEVER GO THERE STAFF IS LAZY AND MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED BECAUSE OF POOR SERVICE!!! UGH SO ANNOYED AND CHEATED!

This is my favorite Chipotle. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I love that Chipotle has a sense of humor in their packaging (bags, cups, etc) and that they care about the environment and treatment of their animals. The fact that they advertise to alert customers when meat isnt prepared from the usual provider astonishes me and I applaud them. Keep it up.

Staff is always friendly especially at checkout! Love the fact that you can order online and skip the line when you come in to pick it up. I always get a bowl with a burrito inside because they give you more. The only downside is sometimes its not the cleanest on the inside but usually I take it to go anyways so it doesnt bother me.

Out of all the chipotles I have all over Ohio and Pennsylvania, this one of the worst. The brown rice was horrible and bland like the white rice. The tortilla was not heated up and was very chewy. Topped off with a tiny scoop of chicken. The staff was rude and short with me except the girl working the register was nice.

Built on a dump smells as you walk in ordered a bowl that wasnt even half filled and I get everything. Kid behind counter asked me the same question twice yet still put chicken instead of stake. The tortilla I got on the side because I roll my own has burnt or mold spots on it. Very disappointed.

Im only giving you 2 stars because the staff was nice. The rice was over cooked and in seasoned ruined the taste of the entire meal. The chips were stale and salty Im really pissed that I could only eat the chicken and throw the rest away. oh and the womans restroom was gross.

This is MY FAVORITE LOCATION!! The only thing is the female manager is a bit snooty and skips on the toppings but once U ask for more shell put them on. Other than that the rest of the staff is the bomb!!!!! I love this one way more than SOLON location.

Food is good. I been to a lot of places as this chain plus this place use to be fast. . I have to rate this a two star the people that WORK HERE TAKE SOOO LONG and this place is a huge line up... PLEASE get back the old workers that use to work here..
