What is up with the pigeon wings. I order some (16)wings from them on wed night along w pasta & pizza &a the cookie pie. Everything was okay but the wing were so small. I stopped on on Thur & spoke to a manger & showed him the pictures of them. He stated that I would have to call the general manger about them. Really, he could of offered to remake me some wings. & that would have been fine but now I need to call someone else. Wow what happen to good customer service. I know that it wasnt his fault but he could have made it right. Instead I need to go talk w someone else. Hope you all fix this.

We walked in on a saturday evening 7:00 girl talking to her friemd who was doing a take out ignored us as we stood there waiting to be seated.. A gentleman came from outside of the back of the reatrauant to seat us .i ordered the salad bar absolutly disgusting !!!!!all the food on the bar was not fresh ... it was an absolut mess ...i come here often and the employees have changed from great to horrible will most likely never be back !!!it is ashame i used to come here all the time..pizza hut check your employees at this location HORRIBLE !!!! And cleanliness.......

Our lunch was prepared exactly as ordered. We placed our carry-out request online, and this Pizza Hut did not skimp on the cheese as we ordered half of our pie with peppers..seems as if we often find less cheese on the pizza when we ask for a half + half variety. Not only did Tray supplying with paper plates, plenty of napkins, red pepper flakes and parm., he offered us complementary iceWater for our picnic! Super service, our stuff was delicious and right on time! If I could give more stars for our experience here this particular day, I would..nice work guys!

I live in Macedonia but usually go to the Twinsburg one...however tonight I was out and picked up from Macedonia Pizza Hut. IT WAS AWFUL. It literally tasted and felt like cardboard. I paid for double cheese mushroom and olives stuff crust. Where was the cheese? Who knows. The pizza was SO thin...it was just gross!

The local establishment of the national chain. Usually participates in national promotions. In-store dining offers small salad bar and, at designated times, a lunch bar. No longer present is the CD jukebox on which I played Paula Abdul in the early 90s, though my grown self appreciates small beer selections.

Worst customer service Ive ever had at a Pizza Hut. Literally sat at the table after ordering a large pizza and cheese sticks for an hour before the pizza came out. The cheese sticks took 40 minutes to come out. Associate kept complaining about no help in he kitchen instead of helping the kitchen.

I ordered two pizzas and two , two liters of soda that came to the cost of $35.40; I payed with my debit card I was charged twice. I talked to the manager he acted like I lied to him. The charge posted on my bank account twice one on top of the other. BEWARE

Stopped in on our way to Cleveland for a concert. The place is fantastic. One of the nicest Pizza Huts Ive ever been in. Staff was friendly and quick. Even though they were busy, we were in and out and back on our way.

The only reason this gets two stars is that its the only Pizza Hut location Ive seen that has more than two pizzas on the buffet at a time. This location itself isnt bad in particular, but its still Pizza Hut.

Prices should be lower for the quality of the food. The last two times Ive been there my order either wasnt completed correctly or service was really slow. Theres wings are decent though.

Did the same thing I did last time except I was peeing on the hand drier. It turned on and I was pleasently surprised. Manager still made me cry though.
