I cant say enough great things about this small, family-run pizzeria in Garfield Heights. The owner, Gus, is one of the most compassionate and attentive people you will ever meet. He keeps a stash of free lollipops for the kids and complimentary baklava for adults! You can tell his regulars love and respect him. I wish more businesses had owners like Gus. As for the pizza - everything he makes, he makes from scratch. We love the zataar pizza and the hawaiian. He makes incredible Mediterranean food (he is Lebanese) - and he and his wife cater big orders too. They have an extensive menu outside of pizza - everything from small plates to appetizers, pastas, wings, subs, and hot sandwiches. If youre tired of greasy take-out pizza and rude service, check out East Coast. You will likely become a regular. And Gus will welcome you to the family :)

Worst pizza I have ever had. Super cheap ingredients, rude owner, and disgusting crust. $15.75 for a large bbq chicken pizza, the owner sighed at me when I ordered. I got there and he couldnt wait to leave, ugly place, clear that addicts worked it. Dont even consider this place if you are starving. Worst experience and waste of money. Threw the whole pizza out.

Best pizza ever if u love pizza i would recommend this place. I know the owner real good guy. If u dont like this place u really dont like good pizza, fare price, good ingredients, great atmosphere. Tried Pizza Hut, they suck, Marcos they suck. Best pizza buy far. Im about to order right now

They didnt have the ingredients for the specialty pizza nor were they able to come up with 2 of the apps I wanted. Two pizzas with 2 items 30 bucks and it wasnt bad . This is the third time Ive ordered giving the benefit of the doubt....Im not done with them but only in a pinch.

I love this pizza! It is the best in the county! And the owner is a wonderful man who helps young people with more than just a job. He teaches them skills and work ethics! I love spending my money there!

Best pizza and wings in Gardield. Marcos pizza use to be my go to pizza spot for a couple of years until I decided to give East Coast Pizza a try and Im glad I did. The delivery man is rude though.

Will not honor the coupons they hand out. Want to charge 5 bucks more than what the coupon says the deal is would post pics of coupons to prove if Google would let me.
