My wife and I love Chipotle and go here often, however This location needs some changes to learn how to handle how busy they can get...theres usually Always a line to the entrance. They are so busy that they rush you through your order and ask you what toppings in such a rush that you cant even concentrate on what youre getting for toppings because they are not even done pouring first ingredient and they are already taking the next order while they still have your bowl in hand, the problem is that they literally are so fast at throwing things all together that you basically get a bowl of nothing. They are especially stingy with the rice portions. While we were there tonight we heard several people ask for more rice. they worry too much about how long the line is instead of being focused on the customer right in front them. Its fast food but customer service is still important....Good food, very cheap portions, and a rush job of your food. Some improvements needed in this location..its so bad that we are considering the drive to Clermont just to avoid this location all together...

Easily the best chipotle Ive ever had. Super friendly workers, really fresh ingredients and good portion sizes. Place was clean and staff was going around cleaning up after the very loud, messy group that decided they could act how they wanted to and be as loud as they pleased. Fortunately after they left it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Definitely looking forward to going back before we leave Florida. Only downside is the location, people drive really badly down that road and the turn into the Plaza can be a hassle.

They keep running out of supplies after 7pm!!! Its extremely annoying and it makes me wish there was another chipotle location. If its not the soft tortillas, its supplies such as napkins, plates and spoons/forks and other days its actual food they run out of. This has happened to me over 4 times. Its rare you go anywhere elses and they run out of food or supplies. They have an issue. Either leadership or lack of employee competence to be able to order enough food or supplies for the week.

Came to this location a few times, while visiting my parents, who are in the latter stages of their lives. The service is great here! Staff is super friendly. Thank you for making my difficult visit, go by a little smoother. I greatly appreciate it

My wife love this place. I dont really care for it. It just doesnt taste good to me for some reason. I do like the tacos though but I feel they are a little over priced compared to how much food you can get in a bowl or burrito for the same amount.

Good service and usually a hearty scoop of guacamole in your burrito bowl. The only thing I usually dont like is that its usually too cold inside and the giant cavernous (single toilet) bathroom has no changing table on either restroom.

I eat here at least twice a week. The food and service is excellent! Michael Vettel, the general manager, is really doing a great job on maintaining a high standard of quality and service, and he is keeping his great crew motivated.

Placed an order online, was not ready when I arrived (staff did not see ticket) but the staff were very friendly and diligent to get my order out fast, and offered me a beverage while I waited. Food was delicious as usual.

Got the worst food poisoning of my life from this location! Ive been eating Chipotle in Orlando for 10 years and had no problems, this one is AWFUL. Projectile vomiting awful. I will never go up another Chipotle again.

We normally love Chipotle, but they got our order wrong and would not change it. They gave us a bag of stale chips for our trouble. The mistake they made cost us an extra $10. They were also out of a lot of items.
