Generally speaking, I was disappointed to go there in the early evening and find only some chicken strips ready to go! The general cleanliness was below average, it had a sticky oily residue on everything. There was a smell in the air of old Grease I dont know if filters were clogged or what, but the smell was kind of a turnoff! I lost my appetite made 180° turn and left. Its not just KFC I find that a lot of fast food restaurants just cant seem to find good employees anymore.

I went there at around midday as usual they didnt have much grilled chicken except for 4 pieces. I ordered the meal 4pcs and 2 sides for $8.49. They also had 8pcs and 2 sides for $19.99, which doesnt make sense because you can order the 2 meals with 4 sides which would come to about$17. My understanding is that when you want to attract customers, the price should be less for larger orders. Also please dont advertise for grilled chicken when half the time you dont always have it.

The manager, a large white woman with glasses is very unorganized. You can tell she doesnt run this evening shift very well. Came a little before 9pm. Restaurant looks nice, its clean here but the staff is slacking, a lot of complacency which causes frustration between the employees. A sad show to watch. Food was slacking in quality and when I got home, somehow, I ended up with green beans instead of potato wedges. Just wow.

When you run out of chicken, logic dictates that you cook more, after all, its a chicken store! I was told after ordering 2 pieces chicken, that they were out of the pieces that I ordered. When I asked how long until the chicken is finished cooking, I was told that they werent cooking any more and I could have the crispy instead of the original that I ordered. All of this happening during their evening rush (5:00 pm)

Had to go back not once but twice to fix and order that was incomplete while my pregnant wife sat at home waiting. Then was told to be "Dealt with" by another co-worker. Manager could not even be bothered to come inside from whatever they were doing outside to fix the issue. Contacted Corporate. Deal With That!!!

If I could give no stars trust me I would . It doesnt take 35 minutes to get my food at a fast food restaurant . The second time I went they gave me chicken without any skin on it the sweet tea tasted like syrup and my biscuit was rockhard just horrible !!!!!!!

Had to work at 7, showed up in the drive thru at 6:35....didnt get my food till 7:05. Do the math, service is slow and employees are rude. If your thinking chicken, just save yourself the time and go to Boston market across the street.

I had the best experience at this KFC Today it was a little bit of a wait but when I got my order the food was hot my Cole slaw was fresh and the cookie was too so absolutely they will get my best rating.......
