Food poisoning! I pulled through here on Feb 14th for lunch around 1:30 PM and got a chicken Pot Pie. I saw an ad somewhere and it looked good so I decided to try it. I do not usually go to KFC for various reasons but I was in a hurry and this location was convenient at the time. The Pot Pie itself was not "Bad", it tasted OK, but even if I did not get food poisoning I would not have returned for another. Anyway, within a few hours I was feeling sick and by 3 AM I had it coming out both ends, if you know what I mean. I guess it could have been an isolated incident and I do have pretty bad luck but I will never be going to KFC again, let alone this location. I do want to say that the service was fine and the store itself did not look dirty from the outside as I did go through the drive through. YMMV

Worst serice ever. Stopped in cause we noticed the banner in the window saying I could get a $5 chicken little fill up. They refused saying the promo was over. They gave us the meals instead. So i asked for 2, one with extra pickles and drinks with no ice and everything was super cold. What i got was lots of ice, the smallest pickles ever and almost no mayo. If you call to complain they tell you to bring the mess up on so they can fix it. Ya like i have the gas to drive 30 to go back for you to fix what you messed up. I will never be back to this store and have told everyone ay the meeting how bad they were. Turns out everyone already knows. Wish i could get my money back.

Gave it another try for the 3rd time. Nope dry chicken my biscuit was old and hard. I had to ask for another. More than any other KFC this one serves small meals. I ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal and my tenders were super small and skinny, and hardly any potato wedges. All the other KFCs I go to I dont have this problem. They say 3 times a charm not this one. Skip this one and save yourself the headache and enjoy a different location.

After paying at the drive thru window i was told to pull forward because there was a 30 sec wait on the bacon....10 minutes later my food comes out. I get home, get kids in house, give them food, no bacon on doublicious sandwich. Also didnt give the ranch i asked for my 6 yr olds popcorn chicken. Cherry pepsi tasted like water with a hint of pepsi.

So aggravated I specified original chicken not crispy. ( hate crispy) Get home half hour away to find they gave me all crispy chicken. So I try to call an it rings two or three times then a loud buzz like its a fax machine. Ughh been trying to call since b4 6 pm an now they are closed. Go figure. Should of just went to chicken shack.

They never have chicken, a 30 minute wait, cashier was ruder than normal and forgetting to give people their order, three employees never left the office, I assume the Manger was the one barking orders from there to the three that were working and the back door was open for the whole time letting bugs in, it was 61 for a high today.

Bad experience, place not clean, service below par, forgot part of my order had to go back, when I got home I had no dipping sauce for strips. tried to call restaurant all I got was come back and we will give you your dipping sauce. not handled very professionally.

Cant call to complain. They screwed up our order as the phone number doesnt work. We ordered 2 different types of chicken strips. The regular and the Georgia gold. One of us can handle spicy and the other cant. I wont be going back to this location anymore.

Great service this is just the second time Ive gone here and they not have biscuits or mashed potatoes.The only reason I go here is my wife loves the biscuits but I guess its time to try another chicken place Im thinking chicken shack

They close to early they say 9:00 pm not so. Chicken most often is old and dry prepared to far advanced even close to lunch an dinner time. The one at hall rd. And gratiot is much better.

Waited a while for our food but it did look understaffed. The inside looks like its stuck in 2002. A renovation and more staff would make this place great.

HORRIBLE service. They were painting the roof and got paint on my car and did nothing to resolve it. Had to call the cops to get them to do anything.
