YOU May NOT want to Purchase food at this location. We ordered 3 chicken breasts and a family size order of potato wedges and when we got home to eat the food, they had given us three thighs instead of three breasts. We paid for breasts, but did NOT get breasts. This is the second time this has happened with this restaurant as the staff do not know the parts of a chicken and seem to be poorly trained and ill-informed of their own product. We went in to get reimbursed for the mistake but was told they could not as the manager was not in. While we were standing in line to speak to the manager about this problem, the person in front of us was dealing with the staff making a mistake on the customers bill regarding hot wings. THIS PLACE NEEDS AN OVERHAUL and people who do NOT know the product should be let go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the floor looks and feels like it has not been washed in years as there were black smudges and stickiness all over the floor which stuck to our shoes which had to be cleaned when we got home!

Just want to say this is the best KFC on the eastside!! Their Customer Service is amazing :) just saying. I have gone to this location many times and they have never failed me! I will not go to any other KFC.
