Got there at 8:50 and walked inside, ordered food, while ordering the employees are talking all to each other and not paying me any attention, and after having to ask me for my order not once, not twice, but three times and then only to be told after waiting 5 min for my food that they are out of chicken tenders for my chicken littles and "did I want something else? We only have certain things after 8pm" ....bullshit to be running a business that has 10pm closing time on your door, yet you cant order whats on the menu bc after 8pm when they run out, they run out. What a crock of Poo. Thought we loved KFC but then after the experience in the store and then now at home eating my famous bowl that doesnt even have pieces of chicken, its just breading.... you can bet next time I want good chicken, Ill drive my car right down to Popeyes bc they know what the heck they are doing!!! #ripkfc

Never going back to this KFC. Frequently replaced employees most likely due to terrible staff training. Also apparent with poor customer service skills. Asked simply for a Serria Mist. First drink served tasted like tonic water so I asked for a replacement. The window employee started pouring and said " Looks good and its still bubbling so its still Serria Mist". Tried it a second time and it was the same. Rather than try to fix the customers problem she just offered to pour a different drink. Employee was uneducated, probably not the best for the drive thru window. Just sick of the terrible customer treatment. I would rather go miles further to Popeyes.

After leaving the store at 8 & Harper because they didnt seem to want to work, I was pleasantly surprised to receive outstanding service at this location. I was there around 6:30 PM on February 27th. The girl working the drive thru was pleasant and polite. When I pulled up to the window my food was waiting for me. My dog even got a treat from her. The order was correct and the food was hot and fresh.

I ordered a big box which should include cole slaw,mashed potatoes, and a buscuit. No mashed potatoes or biscuit were in the box. I ordered a small Mac and Cheese(charged extra) and they substituted that for the mashed potatoes. I pull back to the window and was informed they were out of each. This would have been helpful when I placed my order. No refund given for the paid for Mac and Cheese.

Love this kfc the staff is always so nice to me...Every time i come here Pearl is working the register & waits on me thats why i come here to this one because she is always so nice & always greets me with a friendly hello and smile she is really good at doing her job i thought she was the manager love the food too always perfect my kitchen is being remodeled so so glad kfc is here

So my friend goes into this KFC and spends $35.00 on a 12 piece meal and some popcorn chicken and finds a gross hairball in his food. He then calls the manager and his reply was "yeah im aware of the the issue, what do you want me to do? We already gave your money back." Some great manager he is. I suggest never to go into this store again.

This is your typical KFC with the exception of very friendly employees. I am handicapped and the employees always offer to help carry my tray. I always tell them no thank you but at least they always offer.
