My dinning experience was not good, started minute walk in as my order was rush and when food came it was put into go bag. No plates given to me. I wasnt even ask opinion if like stay in eat. Later one girls and manager (light hair) said to customer "right with you" as they keep cleaning up in back. I then spock out load for all hear saying stop cleaning up help customer. The hole back was clean and all containers where put in smaller containers and man wash station start cleaning. As customer waiting and others eating out bags within store my girlfriend was eating chicken of napkins. I feel this was a store close down everything two-three hours sooner to clock out on time while every customer came through inside the lobby door was bad dinner. I became upset and spoken out while staff felt i was being being disruptive by making my viewpoints. I ill have to agree for the staff and worst of all ring leader (manager) didnt care and only worry about getting herself and staff at on time. One staff even try put a chair on the table while i was eating. This i feel bad for wash station for he getting hit with a lot of containers. They even told customers we out when i know they are not making more bc there worry about getting out there. KFC food was hot however wish i went throughout drive through so wouldnt know how staff are running this business. By way it was 7:30 when i left. Hope D.M. ( district manager) is not over seen this because he or she is letting it go for seen numbers look at clock out times for store. Shore known everyone always out at closing (10:00pm) every ending shift on dot. We know to do that there (store) braking down to soon. Therefore, any customer being rush out lobby. 7:00pm -9:00pm dont go inside guess. This will also be posted on google to help passing through on vacations not to come to this KFC location. Zero stars all way

Had an experience tonight, went to the drive through at 920pm, 40 minutes before close according to the website. They were assisting a car in front of me with an order so I waited for them to address me over the intercom. I heard laughing and talking through one of the employees headset and 2 minutes later at 927pm the light on the drive through menu went dark. I watched as the person in front of me left in their car and the employee hesitantly looked in my direction before moving out of sight. I waited until 935pm and no one had addressed me so I drove to park so I could see what was going on. The manager and some kid were smoking in their car outside and seeing my perturbation decided to inform me that, "Oh yea man, were closed bro." Verbatim. Even though I had pulled up before close (the sign said 9:30pm but the website says 10pm...either way I was there on time). I find this extremely rude and disrespectful. To just shut off a sign after a person has been sitting there for 15 minutes and acting like you didnt see them...regardless of the eye contact I made with the employee. Then their laughing and joking right before the sign shut off. This places service has always been terribly but this is the last straw. I informed them that I was contacting the owner, and they tried to follow me to my car rather aggressively and at that point I threatened to call the police if they didnt get away from me. So, unfortunately, despite my love of KFC I will have to find a new chicken location to frequent.

I went to this KFC with a few friends late last night and it was pretty disappointing. We noticed that the warmer that normally holds the prepped chicken pieces was empty (we didnt order any chicken pieces, but we thought it was odd anyway). Two of my friends ordered meals that included corn and coleslaw and were told that they were out. It took five minutes for the food to come out for the first order (a chicken bowl) and ten minutes more for the rest (chicken sandwich and chicken fingers). The chicken on the chicken sandwich was not only small, but it was as tough and chewy as a bad steak. They did replace the sandwich and the second one was fine. My friend was curious, so he took a bite out of the first chicken sandwich and we all laughed as he tried to gnaw through the chicken. The whole experience was pretty bad. I would have to guess that the staff just got lazy towards the end of the night, because if this is their normal business practice, I cannot see how this place would stay open despite being on the main road.

VERY unprofessional! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! I went there for 12 pcs of dark meat they told me they didnt have any and that they would need to start a fire to get more so i said well i guess u have to start a fire, then she said it will be a 15 minute wait and i said ok. Then she came back and said it was going to be 25 minute wait. I said ok...After a 25 minute wait She said the cook accidentally only made 10 pcs of dark meat and that i could have a refund for the other two and i told her i didnt want a refund, then she told me i could have anything i wanted on the menu so we settled it, and she proceeded to turn around and make suggestions to her coworkers, while i was standing there after they pointed out i was still standing behind her she got the rest of my food, in the end DO NOT VISIT here i will just stick to buying pizza while i live in this area.

Awful experience, if i could do 0 stars i would. The lady who took the order was very rude and unprofessional. She acted as if we were a nuisance just by coming to this establishment to order food. she couldnt understand the order then finally when she did she didnt ask what drink I wanted. when I get to the window and ask if what I purchased came with a drink she simply stated yes with a annoyed look on her face, I then stated what I would like my drink to be. when I got the food, stuff was missing and the sodas tasted like nasty Florida water. IF you have the choice between going here or going to find roadkill to eat from various streets, I suggest the latter option.

Im calling the health department. I saw a rat, your ceiling tiles are falling down, the place is leaking and smells of mildew. I wrote to KFC headquarters about this and because I witnessed the night shift Manager making a drug deal and then leave the premises to get it. Iv e tried coming here over the last 3 years and its the same story. Loud mouth disrespectful employees, poor management and unclean facilities. I thought maybe it was a one off situation. My assumption is that this is a franchise, poorly run. Corporate doesnt give a sh**t either despite all these complaints. Go up to Dodges for your chicken breast its not even a mile up the road

This place obviously doesnt realize its still summer time and they need to actually turn the air conditioning ON! I made the mistake of deciding to eat in at this location, not noticing at first that it was almost as hot inside the building as it was outside. Once I placed my order and got my food I went and sat down in the dining room and started eating. Then all of a sudden I start sweating like I was out on a exercise run. I couldnt take it much longer so I scarfed down my food, which was quite bland I might add, and hurried out the door. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend this place, nor will I ever return.
