Always a Wait, the grossly overweight manager treats her staff like garbage. Quite the pathetic display for the customers to see. The food was ok though, comparable to any other Popeyes Ive ever been to. Seeing the manager treat the rest of the staff with such disdain, condescension, and demoralizing disrespect will prevent me from ever returning to the New Baltimore, MI location again. Its sad that as a customer I felt the need to point out how unnecessary her treatment of the rest of the employees was.

Ive been there twice and both times they got the order wrong. I ordered the 14 pc meal for the family and got home with only 8 pcs. And paid extra for an additional side. Needless to say we fed the kids and we had sandwichs. If i do go back it will be an eat in only where we can babysit them while we wait. Thats a shame because its better chicken than the other places. I even drove 7 miles to get there. So much for fast food chicken. Looks like thats one food ill save to cook at home.

Place was dead at 6pm on a Monday. Ordered the 5 piece tender dinner and the 4 piece dinner. Drove the few minutes home and bit into cold fries. They forgot the biscuit with the tender meal. The spicy chicken was odd. Spice was not evenly distributed across the piece. Potatoes do not taste good. Cole slaw was OK. Overall, highly dissatisfied and wont be back.

First night open and 40 minute wait (not their fault). After 40 minutes of waiting got home and realized its the wrong food.. Update: if you go through the drive thru expect cold food and missing food.

I am not a huge fan of spicy food and everything is spicy to me. The food is good. The customer service is always on point. I would definitely recommend Popeyes to the spicy food fans of the world.

In my time working at Popeyes I would have to say it was not worth it and dont advise anyone to work there seeing that the managers treat their staff with disrespect (food is half*** made )

I paid 10 dollars for 5 scrawny chicken tenders, about 3 table spoons of potatoes and a puny little roll that was slightly bigger than a silver dollar. Ill never go back.

Expensive. Combos are too highly priced for what you get. Many other options for fried chicken in the area. Chicken Shack still superior chicken.
