Just got my delivery order a little bit ago. I am giving 2 stars because it was extremely fast and of course everything had the wonderful Donatos flavor. However, I am not sure what part about adding the sausage to the Big Don Italian was not understood? I paid the extra price for it and of course everyone knows the added sausage is what makes that sub! Perhaps the stoner deliver driver got the munchies on the drive over and swiped the sausage link off my sub? It is plain as day on my receipt. OMG I am going to die now that I have to eat this sausageless sub! I guess I should give three stars though as I do have high cholesterol so perhaps you were doing me a favor. Seriously though, you did forget the sausage on my Big Don Italian sub today!!!!!

Bad service, bad management. Their resolution to sending out a partially wrong order was for us to wait another hour why they remade the item that was wrong and the rest of the order got cold, wait another 20 minutes and come pick it up ourselves, again why the rest of our order got cold, or a store credit. We have overlooked previous small mistakes before, but after this we will not be spending our money at this location. Edit: We have zero interest in helping or ever ordering from your store again. You can thank your rude manager Brian for that.

I ordered two pizzas on 1-1-2012 for my father in-laws birthday since it is his favorite place for the hawaiian pizza I asked for extra sauce, due to the last few times there had been hardly any sauce on the pizza, pick-up the pizza, get home and there is really no sauce at all on the pizza and they took sauce and put it on top of toppings very sparingly, looked like crap and took a bite and through the rest away. Terrible, do not order from this location.

Bad phone service. Called to place a pick. The guy took our name and number but couldnt hear us to take the order. We had to call 3 times; one time they never answered. We ended up ordering from the one on Hard rd. They had no problem hearing us. :/

Delivery took over 2 hour. Called store to complain. Told that store was down a driver and to be patient. Someone was on vacation in Egypt. Pizza arrived cold. Night manager unhelpful. No refund, only apology.

Terrible service at this location. Honestly have a better chance of buying a take out pizza from Kroger across the street, then going home and cooking it before this location will even pick up the phone

They have one driver, who got lost 2 of the last three times we ordered. The manager here is a total douche over the phone and cares very little about customers or how he represents Donatos.

Whether I pick up or have it delivered, Ive never been disappointed. The pizzas and subs are always hot and the staff and drivers are courteous and considerate.
