The location is cramped and doesnt feel inviting. Unfortunately the restaurant has no sit down option available and with how busy it sometimes gets, not enough seating for people waiting on their orders. Theres a thick layer of security glass that separates the clerks from the customers and the encased intercom makes it difficult to hear or be heard. Not a very pleasing customer service experience. The food is subpar at best. Pizza, bread and chicken with pop as the option for beverage. The only redeeming quality is the fact that its exceedingly cheap. Fast food pizza which is reasonable for a large gathering where you might need to feed a lot of people with not a lot of money. The parking lot is also compromised with cracks and a clogged drain which floods the lot when it rains. Overall a subpar experience.

This is conveniently located near my house, very disappointed with the service and product I received on the day before the holiday. This image I posted shows some type of hair or fibers on top of my crazy bread wrapped up and given to me and I almost are before my boyfriend stopped me. I wont be returning until I speak to someone in corporate. The manager was nonchalant about it claiming the hair was from one of their cooking pans. She did though get the item out of the trash so I could take a picture and offered another order after that was my 3rd time there within a 20min span.

This place is insufficient and improperly ran!! Called my order in and was told 20mins get there get my food it was wrong asked to speak to an manager, the rude ass kid that was managing just refunded my money after the cashier told me they was remaking my food. So I was waiting for my food an hr later still no food.. The manager had the nerve to tell me I had to repay because he refunded my money!! Never seen a set of rude employees like the people there!! Never will they get another dollar of my money Ill drive the miles for good service and food

Called 30 min ahead of time show up they asked me what I ordered i told them they still had to make it i was told 10 min on the phone then they still didnt put garlic butter on either pizza they acted like they didnt know what was goin on do not go to this location they clearly dont know how to run a business very very unsatisfied customer looks like hungry Howies from now on they got the same 5 dollar pizza and no bs

The are rude, employees take for ever! Too get food on time u wait, like its the welfare office u call orders in and still wait half hour for food. The always get orders wrong. They get attuides when its there fault there not listen. THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUT DONE, or get New Managers &Crew this place is terrible.

This place is a health violation with 3some butter and parm on top. Had to wait 15 mins line for a call-in order that wasnt even placed when I had called 40 mins prior. Horrible service!!! Horrible manager ... jenine I believe it was. Dont go. If you love yourself JUST DONT DO IT!!!

I only go because its closest to my house. I always wait a long time, even when I call in my order. I usually get the pep bread or Italian cheese bread... And the service could be a little better. Some days are better than most though. But I love bread, so Im here lol.

After calling in a order I ALWAYS have to wait for my order after waiting at home 20 minutes. Even after waiting another 10 minutes the order is usually wrong and have to wait again. Terrible for years now.
