Whoever manages this place is very rude. I called and was promptly hung up on before I could even say anything the first time. Then when I called and told him that he brushed it off, and rudely asked what I wanted. I told him his website originally said delivery but then told me to pick my order up.so I called just to straighten it out. He said I changed it and click, I look at my phone and the call was ended. Never again will I order here. Ill go out of my way to order from another place with worse Pizza to get the better service. My wife and family will eat elsewhere. And to add to it a sub and 6 wings took 1 hour and 35 minutes to come to me from 1.4 miles away. Really dislike my hard earned money going to terrible service. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

I ordered 2 LG. Pizzas and asked for them to be well done and they tasted like cardboard! Old pizza! Wings were cold! I give them benefit of the doubt because I practically lived off their food at this location! So I called management 15 minutes after picking up my food and explained my husband is a truck driver for the Post office and he cant bring it in tonight but we can box it up and bring it all in tomorrow. He said no reason for that. He would just credit me another night. I called the next evening and he said we never discussed wings! I went ahead said fine I will take the 2 pizzas owed to me! But my husband was so irrate would not take a slice of pizza from that location! So watch out for this location!

Ive ordered from this location twice now. I ordered a Big Don marinara with meat, cheese, and pizza sauce only. The first time it took 3 different subs to get my sub right. I thought Id try it one more time because I love the subs. I order my sub this time and its wrong again. I called and the "manger is going to make a new one and have it sent out." If I was ordering from this store so not order a sub they cant seem to read the ticket.

I usually dont stray from major chain pizza but this place was close by. Delivery took too long but the finished product was worth it. Most places you ask for extra toppings and they give you like one more pepperoni or drop of sauce but these place isnt as frugal. I ask for more toppings and they go all out. Pizza was best I ever tasted outside of a sitdown restaurant.

Not sure whats up with Donatos but they keep going downhill! First order wasnt hot, cant make a pep and cheese it was dry and overcooked. Garlic bread without a garlic flavor, this is the third time in the past year and the last that we have ordered from Donatos!

It really bugs me that I cannot order sides of condiments separately through the website. For instance, I cannot order sides of ranch with my pizza. I can only have the option for ranch if its with particular items....wings, salad, etc.

Tasty and better than average compared to other Donatos in the area. Jane Grote Abell visited this location in Undercover Boss. Slightly slow delivery to our apartment down the block, but that may be due to the sheer amount of orders.

Put a order in for a salad and wings they got here quick only draw back is you get what u payfor i ordered small salad i got just that the wings nice and hot and sauced right would repeat my bussiness with them

Asked for extra sauce on the pizza and they slabbed it all over the top of the pizza like ketchup. Guy on the phone was rude, and they left out the ranch I asked for. Garbage
