worst service EVER. i have ordered before from here and today was the last time. i asked specifically if the wings were wing dings or whole wings because there is no description on the menu. i was told wong dings. now typically wing dings are small breaded fried chicken wings. not at all. i recieved baked burnt hard dehydrated shriveled broken up whole wings and smelled so bad they were unbearable to eat even drowned in hot sauce. not what i askedfor. i called to have them replaced and eat spoken to as if i were a degenerate or less than capable. i was hung up on, yelled at ,mocked, and called out of my name. i spoke to 3 defferent locations and 3 different managers who all denied me service. i paid 35$ for my food and tipped the driver and i was told all i could get was a 3$ credit to my next order. but my chicken dinner i could not eat was 9$! i asked to have it replaced they said only if i brought it in and i am obviously unable to drive if i ordered take out and waited an hour already! so they would not send me out food but they would replace if i came in ?whats the difference. i was a faithful customer to them and never placed an order for less than 25$ and literally live 4 blocks down the road they could walk my pizza to me. so i contined to call until i reached the call center and spoke to a woman who was the first to let me finish a sentence i thanked her for her patience and she explained there was nothing she could do because the owner herself refused to accommodate me! i asked her if there was a corporate contact or if the bbb was the next step and then she said she would see what she could do.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!! If i could give 0 stars i would. 1 is far too many for this JOKE of a pizza place!! Its too bad too because they make delicious pizza. Let me tell you about 3 different occasions i tried to order from them. 1. I ordered about an hour before close for a delivery bc i was intoxicated n didnt want to drive... They never came.... !? 2. I ordered an order with pizza, sticks AND wings... When i got there they had no wings. THEN they gave me undercooked ones when i waited for them!?!??!?! 3. I ordered a pick up order and came to get it.... Got there andddddd ..... THEY DIDNT MAKE IT!!! Blamed it on the printer!

Ordered gluten free Hawaiian, regular pep pizza, steak and cheese sub, wedges, ranch and Italian sauce with gluten free cheese bread. Took 55 minutes to get here then forgot my wedges my sauces and my pizza was cold. I was gonna order hungry howies but figured lets give passport a try... cheese was rock hard and food wasnt even worth eating. Wasted 43.00 just to end up ordering chicken and rice from a different restruant. Needless to say they wouldnt refund my money, nor would they bring my wedges I ordered but wasnt charged for all of a sudden. Go elsewhere.

I normally order from passport and get ribs but today I ordered a half slab dinner. I got four bones and a small ass order of potatoes and the garlic bread was hard as a rock. The ribs were burnt so bad I through them away. It cost 17 and change for the worst food ever. I tried to call and complain and ask for a new one but as soon as I tried telling her she hung up on me. I will never call them again......

Pain in the ass to order online -- I want to get my pizza delivered from the 9 & Van Dyke store and I live near 8 and Groesbeck, but when I try to order, it directs me to the store at 10 and Gratiot, which is much further away from my location, and claims that my address is outside the delivery area for the 9 & Van Dyke store. WTF? Dumb. I used to order online from the 9 & Van Dyke store all the time.

I ordered the steak grinder and all I can say is where is the beef! I was spread on like a pizza topping there wasnt enough to cover the big ass pice of bread they use. The flavor was good just I would expect to have enough meat to cover the bread. I probably would have been better off scraping all the meat from one half of the sandwich to the other to make a real steak grinder

First experience was amazing, pizza was hot and delivered in a appropriate amount of time, second time i ordered a Italian sausage grinder full, there was little meat tons of veggies and alot of bread, Im local and the pizza place is right down the street. Wish my experience would of been better and the grinder looked like the photo for 17 bucks plus delivery just disappointed

If they tell you 35 minutes, expect it to take 1 hour and 15 minutes before you get a call from the driver who hangs up on you before youre able to explain that you tried to cancel your order already but the store was not answering the phone. Prompt service and time management is not this places specialty.

i ordered a blt grinder and some wedges, at 7:00pm and it didnt get here till 8:10 WTF!!, when the delivery driver left he slammed my door and was very F ing rude, when i took a bite i thought it had been sitting outside or something it wasnt even warm, i will never go to passport pizza agin in my life..

Amazing better then jets highly recommend and I like there pizza grinders and subs also had the ribs and wings best around with delivery it seems to depend on the the driver some are 20 mins some are 40 min I never really had problem but I do hate the call center only problem

I wish I could add more stars!!! Great customer service best Ive ever received in my whole 25 years of life! And lets not forget how good the pizza was. You guys have a customer for life. Anyone looking for a good slice of pizza made with great quality then look no further!!

Great food, great prices. Hand tossed Pizza where dough made fresh daily unlike Pizza places a.k.a Dominos, Little Caesars, Pizza Hut. the Subs & salads are made fresh and the ribs and chicken are the best ! Cooked at the store rather than brought in by a truck. LOVE IT!

This is the most poorest pizza store I have ever had was told 40 mins had to call back to find out was up took a hour and 10 mins and the delivery lady said it was $12 for my fee and only have $4 for change to break a 20 i waste five years with them

Just called to order for the first time at my job THEY deliver daily here smdh.....I try to place an order and the young lady asked me for everything except my DNA and Social Security Number nope never again Ill stick to what I know!

Theres no one in the parking lot for a reason there grose. Ask to look at there work station same food for 3 weeks half frozen on the side if you get sick you know why. They dont Evan wash there stuff just water yum rite
