I went to Burger King on my way to work today. I had a coupon for 2 Crossandwiches. I waited patiently in line and when it was my turn, the speaker came on stating "Go ahead with your order!" I proceeded to give order when the employee came on the speaker yelling "Just Hold On!" strike 1. Then after waiting again the employee came back on the speak to say "What can I get you?" strike 2 Not in a nice voice. I explained my coupon and the employee rudely said "I need you to tell me what coupon it is sir!" (had she listened to me in the first place I wouldnt have had to tell her). Strike 3. I then called to have the manager tell me "Well the employees are often busy and get frustrated....!" justifying the employees actions. No excuse. I did not deserve to be talked to in such a manor.

I went here on and off from the 1990s till a few years ago and never in my live have i seen such rude staff their where two fat women that worked their that acted like their you know what did not stink!. they also always get the orders wrong one time i got a burger with no meat in it just bun and tomatos and onions( i mean what the heck!) how could this happen? Burger King has other great locations i do not know why this one is so bad.please clean it up or close it down!

I went in on 4-21 12 to get a free sample of the chicken cranberry salad they were promoting. The salad had no chicken or cranberries in it. When I inquired, I was told they were not putting it on the samples! One word comes to mind....CHEAP ..... I will take my business, elsewhere, to the McDonalds diagonal across the street.

Got my order wrong every single time I went there will no longer go there, I understand once in a while somebody makes a mistake but come on every single time I asked for a cheeseburger with pickles I ended up with a plain hamburger with mayo all over it come on.

they were friendly but got a little perturbed when I asked for fries no salt. my whopper was cold and the bun was stale and I thought this was the best one Ive been to i come at least once a week I live off of 55th and st. Clair I probably wont come back

Went there at lunchtime, waited to be helped while two women fulfilled drive thru orders. We were the only ones in line. Was told twice, "Well be right with you." We left and wont go back.
