I started this out with two stars. But felt bad so gave I 3. I have had many issues with the staff at this location. I live literally 3 min down the Rd from this taco Bell so unfortunately we go there often. Today was it for me! I was in the drive through waiting for my order. Now let me start off with its 94° outside today and it feels much hotter. My daughters 6 & 7 asked the woman at the window for a cup of water (cause they dont drink soda).They said please. They didnt demand. They know way better than that. She had the audacity to roll her eyes at my kids and have a disgusting attitude. I flat out was like "its hot outside" and told her to "smile it will make her day go by easier." I am sick and tired of dealing with your unruly staff. Get your store in order! I asked for her name she said Latoya but my receipt says Oneissia B. My order number is 338489. Latoya youre not the only sales person out there! Get your head out of your butt and be happy you are making an honest living. Dont even think about treating my kids poorly if we see you again. I wont be so friendly next time. This Mommas mouthy and you caught me when I was feeling a little pitty. You wont catch me slipping much so tread lightly or back off next time you see me cause I am done with the poor treatment and your treatment of my kids trumps it all. Latoya youre heavy set dont pretend you aint hot and want some water girl. Go rehears some acts of kindness. My next step is above your head Mr.Boss Sir. Ive spoken to you once before. Run your store theyre costing your business.

Normally Taco Bell is my wife and Is guilty pleasure. However, I would gladly drive to a location that was a half hour away, instead of coming back here. (Even with the half hour drive, we would still probably get our food faster. ) On one occasion, I waited 45 mins in drive through line, for a few tacos. The drive through line was designed so you are locked in and cant drive away. I even called and complained while I was locked in line, and was told there was nothing they could do about it. When I did get to window, no apology, and they even gave me attitude when I asked them for napkins. No managerial presents or influence. Its like a bunch of high school students pooled mommy and daddys money together and bought a franchise. Even that comparison is slanderous to high school kids! DISGRACEFUL!

Terrible service. Took 45-50 minutes to get my order which was 5 items. The employee was rude, lazy and not someone I wanted to deal with. Instead of helping with food or anything helpful, she leaned against the drive-thru window for 10 minutes straight. The food wasnt the best, paid extra for cheese sauce and didnt get it, asked for one thing and got the other. Overall this was the worst experience at Taco Bell Ive ever had. I will never go here again and I suggest no one else does either. If they dont start hiring capable people and firing the idiots that were working tonight theyll be shut down in no time. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would!!!

Went inside to order. Took 3 minutes to just notice us even with us right in front of them. Took nearly 15 minutes to get two orders ready. The Steak Quesadilla they gave my cousin was pathetic. We thought it was the wrong order but apparently its 95% cheese and 5% steak, if you would even call it that. The place is run by high schoolers and one manager but they should be called slow food because I see them prepare the food and they take their sweet time. Their workplace is filthy. Beware of the food you eat here.

This place smelt horrible this morning, it made my stomach turn it was so bad...The cashier said they knew about it and it was the soda machine. The restaurant has been open for 20 min there are multiple dirty tables and the dining room floor was filthy. Looking past the registers the kitchen floor had food pieces in multiple areas under the line and in the walking area between drive thru register and front register....I couldnt get out of there quick enough!

Slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. I come back hoping it will get better and they prove me wrong every single time. Google says people typically spend 20 minutes here and theyre right. Its 20 minutes sitting in your car to find out theyre out of everything you want. The employees arent friendly either. Obviously management and ownership doesnt care or doesnt realize how this place is run. Absolutely pathetic and not worth it.

NEVER expect this to be swift service at the Clermont Taco Bell. Employees have zippo direction and there is no sense of understanding the concept of fast food. You will wait in line inside OR outside and it is not a testament to how great Taco Bell is, but a testament that this particular TB does not have it together. Cmon Clermont Taco Bell owner, get your team together. You are the ONLY one in Clermont.

This Taco Bell is the slowest FAST food in Clermont. I have gone here maybe 10 times and every time it is super slow taking 15+ minutes usually around 20 minutes. The service isnt just slow the workers generally apathetic. If I am headed to Winter Garden I will wait the 15 minutes to make it there and go to their Taco Bell. Winter Gardens isnt just quicker it is also has the best service!

This location at night gives taco bell a bad name.... My favorite fast food place and such bad service.... The attitude is bad when you ask questions... Also can not get my order right.... During the day the staff is sooo friendly maybe they should train the night staff... Needless to say wont be going to this location no more... Guess need to find a new fav. Fast food...

Placed a mobile order and checked in upon arrival to the location. 27 minutes later I have received an improperly prepared taco order. 3 doritos locos tacos no lettuce no tomato. One taco didnt have any meat and was only lettuce and cheese. There is a severe lack of management and skills at this location.

I just left this taco bell location. Was not satisfied. Not only was i not handed a receipt it also took 45 minutes to get my doubledilla and naked chicken. And an extra ten minutes to recieve my mountain dew freeze that shoulda been ready with in that 45 minutesit took to give me my food. Thumbs down.

this taco bell has its good and bad during different shifts when i order my order is never correct but i take time out of my hand to go back in to this taco bell for them to help me with that error and they help me with that ....food is good just wish that all the co workers all work the same

Food is typically Taco Bell do this review assumes you went there with full knowledge of want their options are. That being said this particular store has fast drive through service, friendly staff, and a higher than average frequency of getting your order right.

The sour smell from the drink station is a big turn off not to mention the potential health risk. Ive said something to the manager twice in the past 8 months and nothing has changed. This was my last visit. The owner needs to get involved.
