Amazing how another customer had the exact same experience as we did within the week! We walked in at 11:32, stood under the "order here" sign for several minutes with no acknowledgement! Finally a lady, who by the way didnt even say hello, good morning, etc" says, they can take your order at the next register. "Pay here" area that is. We stood there for 1 1/2 mins still without acknowledgement until finally a guy comes up and asked what we want. It is now 11:54 and we still do not have 2 bagels (sliced/toasted) and a sandwich. Another customer walks in, orders and gets their food before we have and another customer was here for 25 mins already and still hasnt received their food. Once I got up and asked the ladies behind the counter just exactly how are the orders are being filled, one says in the order they are placed. WRONG! Then at 11:57, one calls my name for our food and the ones waiting over 25mins still dont have their food! Needless to say, I will be one less customer visiting your establishment until customer service becomes a priority! Definitely not a place to go if you are in a rush to grab something!

As I saw first hand, most people dont tend to think of this place for lunch, but they should. Visit this location in the morning for breakfast, and youll see a line out the door. If you work or stay nearby, even only a 30 minute break will be enough time to enjoy your meal. Covered parking is provided in the garage at the opposite end of the building for customers and residents (apartments above restaurant) only. I had the Turkey, Avocado & Bacon in Asiago bagel sandwich meal deal for only $9.50. I chose the potato salad for the side, and of course it comes with a fountain drink. Everything was prepared fresh and tasted amazing in the Asiago bagel. I highly recommend it! Next time Im going to try one of their Panini sandwich meals for lunch.

I had the Farmhouse bagel sandwich, which was fantastic -- good value for your money, and the staff are very courteous. My friend had a very unusual order -- wanted his bagel cut into 3rds rather than in half -- and they were happy to fulfill it. The wait was a little long when I was there, but they mentioned that their toasters were down, so all the orders were being run through the mini-ovens instead, so I can understand why things were a little slow. One word of warning -- dont spring for the orange juice. It looks fresh-squeezed, but its from concentrate, and tastes like it.

Wow what an experience! I have been to about 20 stores and find store #3563 the "Best",the manager Charlie and staff have people skills along with business sense. Food, the preparation, energy behind it, quick, delious and tasty food, polite service make it my only spot for breakfast or lunch. Every one is attentive to customer needs. Best part they make it a habit to know each customers name. How great is that to enter and hear some one say good morning Lynn how are you today? " See you at Einsteins Bros Bagel!

This place does not honor its coupons. A twenty percent off purchase price coupon yielded 56 cents on an almost $12 purchase consisting of a small coffee, glass of orange juice and a breakfast bagel. The picture on the coupon even showed a picture of a juice and a salmon breakfast bagel. The manager told me repeatedly that the discount was correct because it was calculated by the computer (cash register). There are too many other good places in the 5 point area for me to return to this place

Walked during a particularly slow time around 1130... no one was in line. I stood under the sign that reads "order here" no one greeted me (there were three employees behind the counter). After standing there for a full minute Carla, whom I was informed was the shift leader, said "maam we are taking orders down there" the "pay here" area. Employees at this location always seem like they cant be bothered.

Good coffee and tasty bagels I had vegetarian bagels very well done - spinach, asparagus, egg whites. The bagel variety is high and you can design your own recipe. I had a free banana- strawberry smoothie to test. Employees are very friendly and polite. They are helping old persons to get to table and get served quickly. Cosy place for reading or surfing Internet. Good wifi connection.

Well, let me start by saying I love Riverside, I discovered Einsteins when my Grandmother was at St. Catherines, I walked in, ordered an apple bagel and have been in love ever since. There is an usual wait, because they are so awesomely delicious...the people are nice enough...they are usually diligently working, a matter of fact, I think I will head there before church.❤

I love bagels as much as the next person and so I cannot complain about a chain restaurants food. HOWEVER I had the worst customer service experience here where I was given my bagel and then waited for way too long to pay because there was complete chaos behind the counter. I havent been back since because there are so many better options in Riverside.

I like my bagel with a good amount of cream cheese and this place delivers. The bagel is good not great (Ive lived in Jax for 10+ years but Im originally from NJ so Im extremely critical of bagels). Compared to other places you can get a bagel around town its above average. Fairly large dining area and room for seating outside.

I love coming here and scheduling a meeting for business. Great scene out on Margaret and Riverside, seeing people coming in from the park, going out on the park. Plenty to choose from eats-wise, salad, bagels, sandwiches, I love the salmon on an everything bagel and a bottle of water.

A longstanding favorite to visit on a weekend morning during spring especially with weather being nice. Give yourself plenty of time as service can be slow during the weekends. Perfect location to grab something and eat while walking around the park across the street.

This is my favorite place for coffee! Their seasonal blends are fantastic, especially the winter blend. I have never had a bad experience here; their breakfast is always fantastic. Amazing bagels and many different cream cheese options...Yum

Food is great. Staff however is not very friendly. I thought they would be all similes and friendly but not really. No hello or even how are you today. The cashier did not seem happy to take our order, more of an inconvenience to her.

Im not usually a fan of chain restaurants, but Einstein is one of my exceptions. Their bagels are usually fresh, and they have a good variety. The coffee is good too, especially their Winter Blend that they have through December!

Terribly mis-managed! If you dont mind waiting for 20-25 minutes just to place an order this is the place for you! Employees treat customers with disdain, manager seems not to care! Food overpriced and poorly prepared!

Good place to stop for breakfast or lunch while traveling I-95. Yummy bagels & bagel sandwiches. This location doesnt always keep up with restocking the coffee area though, especially if you go after the morning rush.
