My wife and I dropped in for a quick lunch yesterday. Our quick lunch turned into an hour long disaster. There were a handful of people in the restaurant, I wouldnt call it busy. The waitress seated us, and then disappeared for more than 15 minutes. Her saving grace was another waitress who asked if we had ordered drinks yet. We ordered our drinks, which were brought out rather quickly. However, our waitress walked up and asked what we wanted to drink... WITH DRINKS ON THE TABLE. We ordered our food, which came out wrong. My wife got her waffle, minutes later I got my food. I had finished my meal before my wife received hers. My eggs were not cooked like I asked, there was half a stick of butter on my eggs, (which I soaked up with a napkin), and my wifes meal was missing her bacon. I had finished my glass of orange juice halfway through my meal, but not a single person stopped by our table to check on us, or ask if wanted a refill. I waited approximately 20 minutes before anyone even stopped by our table. We expressed our frustrations and were told, "you should have flagged me down." First of all, no. You should check in on us. Second of all, where were you to flag down?! Do you expect me to walk into the kitchen and get you? We did get a discounted bill of 20% for the missing bacon. I didnt leave a tip. Horrible service, horrible food, horrible experience. NEVER AGAIN. Dennys is right across the street :)

Worst IHop i have ever been to!! Waited at the door to be seated for 13 minutes (nobody waiting besides my family) and when i finally asked if we could be seated the only waitress there said LOOK IM THE ONLY ONE AT ALL WORKING SO I GUESS YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT. I have NEVER been talked to so rude!! On a Friday night why is there only 1 waitress and no hostess no manager or anyone else!! Then finally seated took for ever to order and to get our food. Then half the food wasnt even edible. WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO.

This is the worlds worst IHOP. I sat at the table for 10 minutes with my wife and 3 kids. During that time no one came to take our drink order, no one came to say "hi how are you doing" or "Ill be right with you". Nothing, Nada, Zip, Zilch. There were 3 wait staff that walked by and looked right at me. Eventually we just got up and left. They probably dont even care why. In life you can only worry about your own behaviors though. I know Im a good tipper, so its their loss. Im going to go find some place that will appreciate my business.

Been here 3 times. First 2 times were nice. My last visit was not pleasant. The waitress disappeared into the kitchen for long periods. I was served rotten eggs. She took my plate into the kitchen and showed the cook (who should have known his product dates or at least smelled them when he cracked them). She returns and offers me a free ice tea. The others in my party were satisfied with their food. I will not spend my money here again.

Mostly Good... Good service, usually nice & friendly, moderately clean, prices are fairly inexpensive, food is sometimes great & sometimes just ok, coffee is not good. Every time weve been weve gotten seated right away & everything happens in a timely manner. Overall I enjoy eating here & the Strawberry Cream Crepes are delicious! Theres not many breakfast options in this area, so this is always my main choice.

The service is Horrible. The wait is ridiculous. I have given this place 3 different opportunities to show better service. The first visit the restaurant was busy so I thought I would give them another chance my last two visits we waited over an hour to receive our food then to be told they ran out of chicken strips doesnt get any worse than this place never again!!!!!!

Only reason they looked busy is because they cant turn out tables fast enough. We waited 30minutes for drinks after we waited 20 minutes to even place a drink order. Their excuse was they didnt have clean glasses. So after waiting almost an hour we walk out and the waitress says I have your drinks and your food is ready. We will never be back to that place.

The place was almost empty and still waited 36 minutes for our lunch, the saving grace was Erin the server was very nice although she had to apologize to each table she had (we overheard)....the food was marginal at best once it finally got here....we will never come back to this place .....there is Dennys across the street and Perkins is close!!!!

our food came by someone other than our waitress and not the whole order.the food was cold and when the waitress came we told her we did not the whole order she left and when she returned with most of the order,not all i had finished my breakfast and did not want the rest of my order

Food was very tasty as usual but as usual it was cold. However Stacy the waitress is always awesome! She remembered us from a few weeks before when we came in. She was very attentive and courteous! Love the service not so much the cold food and not so clean silverware!

Worst service... To the point of arguing with me about not getting drinks for 15 minutes and then talking back when I wasnt happy with my eggs. Never coming back Just brought my eggs back and theyre cooked beyond well done when I asked for over medium

Server was not able to keep up with 5 tables not sure whos helping her (dad) i think hes sitting people another table sat for at least 10 min before she got their drinks when we came in we stood for a while at the door before we even saw the server

They need to put more severs on in the morning. Sevice very slow. Also waitress lets us know that night time crew didnt make up crepes the night before. Love this place
