This place is a joke. The greeter/seater was rude when we walked in, no smile, no "hello". She then proceeded to bad mouth another waitress who was supposedly supposed to be our waitress but instead she became our waitress. We were seated directly behind a family of loud rambunctious kids, which was alright, they were screachy but they were kids... then we DID ask to move because they started throwing food, and again she had an attitude about it. There were only three parties in the entire restaurant and at least three waitresses that were available. When we ordered she never asked "how do you want your eggs" or which sides we wanted... I had to call her back over for that. When we finally got our food it was cold. Then she never came back to refill our drinks or clear our table. I actually shared my drink with my daughter because hers was gone. Then finally the check came and even though they have the Kids Eat Free special they left all of the meals on the check. When I asked if we could take the three kids meals off since we purchased three adult entrees she replied "I can see if shell take two off, but thats it." When I showed her that the promotion says "... with each adult entree..." and she argued that because my Older Teenage daughter isnt an adult her meal didnt count. Are you kidding me?! It took her another ten minutes to come back out after talking with her manager with a check that had the three kids meals removed. I have never had such shoddy service from an IHOP. We will continue to go to the one on 192. The drive is worth the better service and hot food.

The past few experiences in this particular location on Hwy 27 in front of Publix Davenport FL, have not been positive experienceside. So I kind of wrote this place off and swore Id never come back. However since everything locally was mobbed as usual and this was the only place that wasnt, I decided to give it another shot. And I have to say that Im glad I did. Maybe because it wasnt very busy, but I actually enjoyed my service & my food. Which is highly unusual. This area you seem to get crappy food and crappy service. But today I was delightfully surprised. The burger was cooked pretty good and was super huge. The drinks were refilled without asking. The server was nice, courteous and attentive. I would definitely come back and definitely recommend this place when its not overwhelminglying busy. So they get 4 stars from me today and I think they did a great job today. Lets see what next week brings.....

When we arrived we were told it was about a 10 minute wait. 20 minutes later we noticed people that arrived after us getting seated. I asked why and they said since there were only two of us we had to wait for a table that seated only two. This angered me, but we still waited. Once seated it took about seven minutes to get a server o come by. We ordered immediately, but it took 34 minutes to get our food. While we were waiting we could hear screaming coming from the kitchen. Apparently Gordon Ramsay was working that morning. The food finally arrived, but not all at once. It came out a little at a time. I was done with my eggs and bacon before I ever got my pancakes. The food was good, of course, but the service and atmosphere was horrible. Plus it was freezing cold in there. This place is poorly run and I will never return.

A few weeks ago, me and my family decided that we wanted a really big meal to wake up to and would visit this ihop location because we were out of town on vacay! I just have to say, the GENERAL MANAGER HERE (JEFF) IS BEYOND ONE OF THE MOST GENUINE, CARING, LOVING PERSONS I HAVE ever MET and makes it his perogative to serve with pleasant customer service and strives to be the best with every move he makes. He makes sure to make sure all of the guests,rather from the town or out of town, is comfortable and will make sure you are on a full belly before leaving here. AND i cant forget about the delightful Kimberly, a hostess here, who goes beyond measures to make you feel welcomed and to keep you coming back!!!!! BOTH WERE GREAT, and each time im in town for some breakfast, il be coming here. see you soon

My server was very friendly and efficient, and despite the morning rush my group didnt have to wait all that long. Unfortunately, everyones food was cold and we could not find anyone to tell. We eventually just sucked it up and ate it, but one person in particular did not like their food at all as a result. Part of why the food may have been cold is the AC is kept incredibly cold. One person in my group was shivering, and I noticed that another woman at a nearby table was doing the same. Most of the menu is very sweet, and I had a hard time finding a breakfast meal that couldnt double as dessert. Crepes are nice, but the syrup used with the fruit is incredibly sweet. You may want to hit the Waffle House at Cagans Crossing or one of the Bob Evans.

Very slow service. Very disorganized. Walked in host had no clue. Server took 15 mins to come by so she asked another server to help who could not be bothered. They were talking in earshot of guests how they were here since 4am and were done. I work in a restaurant. They are poorly managed and way understaffed. A guest leaving walking by us waiting at the front door said it took 45 mins to get food. Another couple left. We stayed. Not sure why but my mom wanted breakfast. I think I heard Im sorry about 25 times by all the team members that were working to guests. Keep up the crappy service. It gives my restaurant the sales. Very disappointed and will not return. I dont normally complain unless it it awful. It was.

This place is horrible. A party of 10 walked out and we didnt know why. Another party of 10 was seated ahead of us. We were seated and the workers were sitting around doing nothing and no one came to our table until more than 15 minutes. Then the waitress finally came and started taking our order. She stopped after she got 2 of our orders and went to cash someone out. There were 7 of us. It took her another 10 minutes to cash the customer out. We left and walked to Applebees. The 2nd party of ten came over to Applebees soon after. Terrible service!!! Never again!!!!

The food was good, however the service was not. The server didnt know the menu, asked me how I wanted my fried steak cooked. When I tried to pay, the server mixed up my card with another customers card, charged us both for the wrong meals, and tried to give my card back to the other customer. I asked for a manager, but no manager came out to explain what had happened, or what they did to correct the problem. Eventually it was all straightened out, but poor service and management all around. Will probably not be going back to this place.

For a place that just opened seems as management hasnt been done here right, hostess dont greet, servers dont know their menu. They have to actually look at it. One server called barbara smelled like Marijuana. Is ridiculous. How is this ihop going to make sales with such management? I order a big steak omelette and was just a joke as i got literally 4 pieces of steak inside was place in 3 sections of it separate. And one bigger piece outside it was all filled with Hash Brown. Def not coming to this dumb again.
