The Service was wonderful and Amazing the staff there loved seeing my son full of Joy and they waved to him as we were leaving The food was amazing. And filling aling with their coffee they always make a fresh batch which the waiter came an told me they were making. Fresh batch sorry it would take just a few minutes but it was worth the wait and the New York Cheese Cake Pancakes were to die for an and being my son only 2 he had the Funny face Pancake and it was bigger then his face and he normally is picky with his food but pancake 1 Son 0 he ate all his little stomach could hold and it was so cute Watching him be happy . I recommed. You eat here with your family for breakfast or lunch or dinner The staff was welcoming and heart warming also very friendly :) not to mention the food is delicious

Will never eat here again. Poorly designed parking lot and location just in general. Walked in, no greeting or acknowledgement. Floors were dirty. Finally got a table. The waitress looked like she did not want to be there. Very unhappy looking and unfriendly at best. All wait staff pretty much looked like they didnt want to be there. Not the best place to bring children because the restaurant itself is very small, and having a high chair in the aisle was not favorable at all. Got bumped a few times with my child sitting in it, no apologies or anything. Will never come back here unless staff gets it together.

When I first started going here a couple years ago the food was terrible. They must have recently changed management or something because now the food is amazing making it a perfect place for fun and different pancakes. Sometimes the service can be a little low depending on time and whose working but overall food is amazing and fast!!

I think they have the best pancakes anywhere. Service is always good. Food comes out quickly and hot. There are some good servers there. Drinks are refilled quickly. They are located in front of a motel, so even though the parking lot isnt full, they can be very busy. Breakfast is the best meal.

I think on of the reason for low reviews is that its any older place connected to an old hotel. However, service by Kristina was very kind and caring, food was hot and delicious and the place was clean. I highly recommend this ihop. Kristina kept the all you can eat pancakes flowing!

Went in came right back out stood there for more than 10 minutes & no one even said Ill be right there... it wasnt even busy... they were all walking around didnt even acknowledged me and our 4 children... very poor customer service... i wont be stopping there anymore

This place Sucks its very small the service is horrible the food was under cooked server forgot to bring out food and then acted like it was an inconvenience when we asked her about it. All the good reviews must be from friends and family because this place is horrible

I walked in and there is a line. Which is understandable. So I asked if its ok to order in advanced so by the time we sit our food would be ready. Her response to my question was " if you want to eat it standing up we can do that" . Gotta love the customer service here.

Floors filthy debris ..straw papers empty sugar packets. While waitresses sat at counter rolling silverware .food took long time.omelett lukewarm but good.. top of booths dusty,you could see how wet floor was going in out kitchen area do unsafe for workers

Food was burnt. Not one time around. But twice! And not only burnt. COLD ! I love ihop buttermilk pancakes but mines were small and burnt. Not the usual pancakes. This place needs better cooks!!!!!!! Nobody likes the taste of burnt food!!

Dont go later in the evening. The prices change and its not lower. While the food was very good it just was not worth what we had to pay. We only had eggs hashbrowns and tost for 2 and it was s27.00 including tip. Go someplace else!

Parking lot is tough if you have truck. Typical in/ out experience with eating at franchise breakfast. Nice to have carafe of coffee at table, good service, kids like going there. Not great but clean, consistent.

Waitress made no attempt to even wait on us. Played on her phone and threw the bills down on the table. Yes its late but im a server also. You could have made conversation or even tried. Plus side food was good.

Got sat by the hostess and sat for almost 10 minutes without any eye contact from any of the wait staff. A table got sat and waited on before us. Unacceptable. Never again.
