Been here twice, first time service was horrible. Second try we went on wing night, 2 out of 4 of us ordered soda, the other 2 ordered water because they dont drink soda. We were told we couldnt order the wing special if we werent all getting sodas at $2.69 each. Even though we were getting food in addition to wings........manager could have cared less so we walked out. Never again will we go back. Poor customer service and its a shame because I like to tell people about this kind of stuff.

Good wings and good atmosphere. Ill never understand the concept of wing night. I ordered a beer, 18 wings, then I got 24 wings to go and they charged me regular price for the wings for the to go ones even though I already spend $$$ here for the dine and the beer. Stupid policy. Not a fan.

The Texas Hold em burger is the best. I mean frickin amazing. Oh and the "chips" aka real thin sliced potatos and the the ranch sauce with real bacon chunks in it.....WOW awesome stuff I also recommend Divots Bar and Grille. Very underrated. Hidden Gem inRoyalton

The original Cleats cannot be beat. Best "bar food" Ive ever had. Wings, burgers, fries, all amazing. Friendly service, too. I miss living in North Royalton for this reason. When Im in the area, I can hear Cleats calling my name.

The food was excellent! We ordered wings and they came out fast and hot and were really delicious. I ordered a burger and fries which cand suprisingly fast after that and the food was great

This is a good place to watch a game with lots of TVs. The food is bar food, so its not a going to be listed in Zagats best places to go, but thats not what this place is.

The food, especially the wings, is great. The portion sizes are huge too. They could stand to widen the beer selection a bit.
