Service was absolutely the worst have ever experienced in Naples. We had reservations for a group of six at 7 pm. We arrived early and we were seated right at 7 oclock. We waited for approximately 8 to 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our waiter. We ordered drinks. It took 20 minutes (not exaggerating) until we got our drinks. We joked that the bartender had to start up the still. We had to ask another waiter to tell our waiter we wanted to order our food. That took another 10 minutes and we were not offered another drink. Lost revenue, poor business. We got our food 35 minutes later. Again, we had to another waiter to get our checks or a manager just to get our checks. We jokingly said we could just leave and they would probably never know we were there. Oh, and we were never even offered dessert. This was a horrible dining experience. I certainly wouldnt recommend.

One star is most than enough to classify this rest. We arrived at 3:30 pm supposily for lunch that had "special prices for new opening", it was never true, evening staff were late and day waiter, off course, in a hurry. What a shame!!!! Lobster bisque without lobster flavor, steak salad, horrible. Plz guys respect your customer, because we make the business be successful.

We were invited in by Carl who is a great asset to this restaurant. We had a great steak dinner, buy one get one half price. Very inexpensive drinks. Sat right on 5th. Ave. where we could enjoy all the fun. Our waiter Chris was very attentive & efficient. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Thanks for a fun night! We will be back!

In de ingang werd verteld dat ALLES is 50 procent. "Toevallig" pizza (wat we hadden) , water en bier waren de volle prijs. Niet professioneel.

Dont stop, keep walking. The calamari was strait from the microwave. The shrimp was not fresh at all, in fact everything was frozen. Everything had no flavor and very bland. There are way better options on 5th Ave. Avoid this place its terrible.

My experience was great! The food was spectacular and the service was amazing. They also had a very exquisite variety of wines. I loved the place, all the lights and decorations really complete the place. Definitely going back!!

Really mediocre, uninspired food. The place seems like one of those tourist only restaurants in a low-class tourist area. On the positive side, its a great location for people watching, but just about anywhere on 5th is.

Dont waste your time. Nice space. Help did not know specials and forgot to put in food order. What? Yeah. Why they are there. Two more owners and this place will be good. Go to Lurcat.
